Robert came to my home to diagnose what what causing weird issues with my BMW X1. It ended up being pack rat damage to a wiring harness. I was impressed with his ability to find the issue so quickly using a snake scope camera. I would definitely recommend giving RMRauto a call for your auto repair needs. I thought my car had a major oil leak so I didn't want to drive to a mechanic and was hoping not to have my car towed. After sending out a Facebook recommendation request to my friends, I went through a few phone calls to the recommendations and none could help me anytime soon. I called Robert based on a google search and the positive reviews I saw, despite him not being one of the recommendations I received. He came to my car on the same day and solved my issue. I could have easily been duped on the nature of my "major oil leak" (read that as user error) but he quickly discerned what had happened and corrected the issue very professionally and with complete transparency. He provided a fully detailed (printed) write up of the interaction right from his truck on the spot. Highly recommend.

I was driving home and still had a hour and a half drive left when my car broke down on a Sunday. Robert was the only mechanic I could get to service my car the added plus is that he is mobile and comes to you! Robert is incredibly knowledgeable about was able to get to us within a hour of calling him. He even went to pick up our parts , and gave us a fair price for labor. He was a life saver and would definitely seek him out if my car is in need of service around this area. Thank you Robert!

Literally Saved Us! When our RV broke down on a Saturday, on a blind corner of a narrow road, we thought we were going to have to get it towed. We made several calls to surrounding area emergency road side assistance companies but each said they either could not help, it would have to be towed for diagnostics, and/or we’d have to wait until Monday. Robert at #RMRAuto stepped up when nobody else would! He responded right away and helped us troubleshoot over the phone to ensure he had all the right supplies with him. He then drove over an hour to come assist us with the repair. Could not have done it without him!!! Thank you Sir for your troubleshooting, ingenuity, and overall kindness and understanding!!!
