I bought a Bronco through Wittmeier's sales department and because of my warranty use their service department. There have been a ton of issues, but the latest was the most bizarre. After getting a tire replaced, they returned my car to my house (great, right?). Well, there were some pistachio shells all over the floor, which means they were eating nuts in there and just throwing the shells on the floor. I'm not even mad. I'm just curious as to how anyone thinks that's okay. Once the warranty is over, I will avoid Wittmeier's sales and service department for the rest of my life. It's laughable how bad they are.

False diagnoses to push sales and bad work. Ended up fixing my car myself. More incase anyone wonders: My car was overheating so I took it in. They tried to tell me it was the thermostat so I paid for them to change it. Don't most mechanics test after they fix something? This did not fix the car. It overheated in less than 5 minutes of driving. Then they tried to say an extremely small "cut" on the conecter area for the cap of my coolant tank was to blame. I've had plenty of experience with coolant tanks I knew this was not an issue. I told them to give it back to me and I'd fix it. It turns out the radiator fan didn't turn on when my car turned on. This is also a well known issue on my car. Ordered the parts splice the cables put in the new fan and....car fixed. The first thing they should have done was turn on the car and check if everything was running. As a non-mechanic this is where I started to figure out my problem. This took me about 5 hours of work including research. When I told them what I believe them to be doing they refunded me my money and told me not to come back. No problem what so ever.

I’m so disappointed with my recent oil change. I used to love going here, but the service has just gone downhill. They weren’t able to rotate my tires because my lug nuts were swollen and my car only has like 30,000 miles on it. I still got charged 225 bucks. I didn’t even get my sticker telling me when my next appointment was. I don’t think I’ll be going back.

My dome lights were slowly pulsing on full brightness to almost off and the TPMS radio wasn’t working so that points to a malfunction in the BCM (2015 F150) I brought it in to address this issue so they re-flash the BCM, problem solved five stars for that! So I got a call saying it’s fixed but they need to keep it another day to do the recalls, fine I don’t care. Brake master cylinder and door latch issue. Picked it up drove it home and kept getting text messages hey leave us a review,ok so I popped the hood to look at their work I see a red shop towel on the fender under the master cylinder uh-oh shine my light sure enough new master cylinder But there’s a drip of brake fluid hanging off the brake line flare nut so I got a 15mm wrench and tightened it for them. Also a wire harness for the MAF sensor was left unclipped. If I was not a mechanic this may have ended badly. At the end of the day everything is fine. To Bad we don’t have access to the software to do our own computer work. I’m not mad and will come back for issues like software updates and parts. just remember to pop the hood and verify the repair before leaving a review Cheers
