Ok just so everyone knows the office lady is Eddy’s wife I’ve aiways just called her mrs Eddy she is a lovely woman and knows everything that is going on in that business don’t get on her bad side although I don’t think she has one . She speaks perfect English as opposed to most of the other staff which is the only rough spot of the place since I don’t speak Spanish. She will be your contact person and answer all your questions and billing issues . Eddy himself is a man of few words but as honest as the day is long and a master mechanic I brought my 2010 f150 in a few months ago lconvinced that I had a issue that would cost me in the area of $1500 -$2000 eddy took it for a ride around the block and told me I could pick it up at the end of the day no big deal $250 for some new spark plugs and wires and a few other parts again I told him what was wrong and was fully prepared to pay mucho dinero (that’s the extent of my Spanish ) that sealed the deal for me I’ll never go anywhere else .

Myself along with tons of family members have visited Eddy Auto Center to get repairs from their great mechanics! Recently I went in for 3 reasons: brake issues, front control arm, and oil cooler issues. I dropped off my car and they parked in inside of a gated area and called me within a few hours to tell me the issue with my vehicle. They didn’t pressure and mentioned the average cost of parts/labor and explained all details thoroughly. Once I approved that I wanted to go ahead and fix everything they suggested, they ordered the parts, sent me a very professional link to invoice with all details, and my car was ready one day later. My car is now working like new! Very professional and no scams. Labor is not overpriced either. If you have any issues in the future, they are happy to review what they fixed and take full responsibility for any problems. Very satisfied with the great work and specialized mechanics as well as the customer service!
