If you are into superficial people who take advantage of less fortunate disabled people, then by all means go there. They had an employee with a terminal illness working for $2.00 less than minimum wage because they knew the poor guy couldn't get work anywhere else?!!!

Even though it's a hell of a drive for me, I've been coming down to Fabrizio's for 16 years now because he's only shop I trust for a perfect wheel alignment every time.

Probably the worst customer service ever. I’m not the type of guy to take the time to write bad reviews because I can.....but I have never been lied to, or treated so badly by anyone. Fabrizio lies to me about the work that “needed to be done “ only to give my car back with the transmission not working properly.....they test drove the car around the block....fixed and replaced parts that he wanted to make money on, but not addressing the problem, and as a so called expert, Bs’d me to convince me about fixing other items ......turns out he never had the part or the tools necessary to fix the transmission...... big time liar....

Went here for my VW Jetta after being quoted a price double at the dealer, especially since I heard EF1 specialized in European cars. Fabrizio (the owner, they are a husband and wife team) did a ton of work for me, as well as helped me with a bunch of smaller maintenance on my older car. They were clear and transparent about pricing, worked with me to keep me updated on each step of the way, and took the time to not just fix but educate me on my car. It is so nice whenever you find a mechanic you can trust. Highly recommend.

Went to these guys to have my transmission fluid/filter changed on my 05 Boxster. Gianni was very pleasant to deal with and was very friendly. The shop was very clean and the owner was also very friendly and nice. Overall a great experience and they did an excellent job on my Boxster. Will be going back to them in the future. Glad I found them and they’re close to my home.

I have dealt with a few different performance shops and usually they are snobby and unhelpful. Not this shop. Gianni and Fabricio are super friendly, helpful, honest, and just seem happy to be doing what they do. Made the experience feel welcoming and easy. I won’t be taking my Audi SQ7 anywhere else. If you are considering doing some work on your car, definitely check these guys out. You won’t be disappointed.

I recently got new Pirelli P Zeros and I got a much needed alignment here. My Bimmer feels much smoother and my tires are safe from being worn out too early.

The EF1 team installed BC Racing BR type coilovers on my 2015 Mini Cooper F56 JCW. They were extremely thorough with the installation, height adjustments and dampening. I couldn't be happier with the quality of work and the fact EF1 made sure I was satisfied with the work by following up with a phone call a day later. I highly recommend anyone with a MINI to give them a call regarding services to see what they can do for you.

Absolutely excellent service by extremely friendly and helpful mechanics who are knowledgeable and willing to teach. I cannot recommend EF1 more to anyone looking for service, especially on a VW TDI. They were super accommodating of my schedule and went the extra mile to give me some pointers on maintenance and money saving strategies, and even tips for navigating the DMV. These guys rule and I won't be going anywhere else for service as long as I live in LA County.

This is an absolute RIP OFF SHOP! They perform incomplete repairs, and make excuses when a customer has to return. They lie about their incompetence, and upcharge costumers to make it right. These people installed a battery in my girlfriend's car, and failed to properly register the battery to the car (a computer programming procedure). Then, when the car failed to start, she towed it to them, and they charged her $200, again, to do redo what they failed to do the first time. The battery registration takes 10 -15 minutes. $200 for 10 - 15 minutes. *It's best to avoid this business*.
