Went in on a Saturday in the heat of June. Had my tire mounted and balanced, and was out the door in less than 15 minutes.Super fast and friendly service. Cheaper than any other tire place in Broken Arrow.

Older gentlemen that was working when I went didn’t know how to speak English or he was acting as if he didn’t know how to speak English. He also did not know how to operate the card machine to take my payment so he tried to over charge me saying it was a fee to use the card machine of $10.00. Not to mention, I only requested a patch for my tire and he said it cost $15 dollars when I’ve only paid $5 prior to this day. I understand prices do change but for a tire patch charging $15 is ridiculous.

They steal your good tire & replace it with some cheap older one. - My tire had good tread on it still but I just needed a patch for the nail I hit. They took forever doing the patch only to bring out some old tire with the same name brand & a lot less tread. $12 for an old tire when they'll sell mine to someone else for at least double that. CROOKS. They give small business a bad name.

Don’t go to that stupid unprofessional place! I called and the guy said it will cost $15 per each tire to install, but when I came to the shop he said $25 each tire lol! A lot of places gonna go it for $15 each!

I would not recommend anyone going to this place. They over charge for some of the most basic services. There are several small Hispanic places on admiral and 169 that charge half the price these guys do. When I asked the older gentleman about why the pricing was so hi the younger guys around got very defensive and started popping off with smart comments. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

They are fast and affordable but be careful. The prices will change. I got my tires changed in the back for 40 but when I got them changed in the front on a later date it was 80. Don't really know why and I couldn't get a solid answer they just kept dodging it but they still did a damn good job and have nice tires.

Google listing advertises their hours as 8a to 6p. I’ve been calling them for over 2 hours now trying to get back on the road and still no answer. With so many other high reviews I definitely expected better customer service than this, let alone to have someone answer the phone at least!

Do not use this place I got two used tires one used tire bubbled up after one day of use, and then I got another one from them and it lasted 5 days before it blew and now my car is out of alignment because of the tire blowing while I was going down the highway

They said had over 20 years of experience but doesn’t look like they fix a flat on my tire and installed the tire back on without re balance and I ask them and they said you have to take it to somewhere else to get it done I just paid and left never come back again

My wife went in to get her tires checked, one of the guys told her that it was her front tires that needed to be changed and the back tires were ok. They changed the tires and let her go. And the rear passenger tier was coming apart and has a huge bulge in it.

These guys destroyed my tires, punctured the side walls and assumed no responsibility when the marks were clearly from their machine then when they put my tires back on, they tighten them so tight the next tire shop cannot even get my tires off. Do not go to this place but act like they don’t, and they will mess up your nice vehicle

People are excellent, used tires come with a 5 day warranty, when I brought in a tire and it had a hole they mounted it found the leak and informed me. Had to get another tire, no charge to mount the tire that was faulty. It is a small business, and they open at 8ish, I have a small fleet of 5 vans here and we always go to them for repairs. In 5 years only had 1 tire that had to go back next day. Good people, good service, true to there word El Paisa every time.

I am so disappointed with this tire shop that could have put my sons life at risk! My son took his rim up there to have his tire mounted on it. They stripped the bolts and didn’t tighten his lug nuts all the way. When he was driving down Aspen the next day his tire fell off! Thankfully he was traveling at a low speed and there was little traffic or this could have been so much worse. I will NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN! Now we have to replace the wheel house, lug nuts, and rim.

I bought two used tires from this place and both of them had the tread separate while I was going down the highway and they completely destroyed the back end of my car. There are multiple used tire shops that sell tires cheaper than this one.
