I purchased a 2004 Acura TSX from a dealer with a dealer license, and this was by far one of the worst car-buying experiences I've ever had. The seller promised to tow the vehicle to my mechanic due to a failing clutch cylinder and an unsafe clutch pedal, but instead sent two people to drive the car themselves, completely ignoring our agreement. As a result, the car was forced through gears with a failing hydraulic system, which led to serious transmission damage. Now the transmission pops out of 2nd and 4th gear, and 3rd gear grinds—issues that were not present before the seller’s people drove it recklessly. To make things worse, the seller has been uncooperative and I still have not received the title, despite repeated follow-ups. This entire experience has been frustrating, costly, and full of broken promises. If you're considering buying from this seller—think twice. They failed to deliver on their word, potentially damaged the vehicle further, and now I'm left to deal with the consequences.

My son moved to Texas from California. I normally do all the repairs on his BMW X3 but the travel situation right now, did not allow me to make it out there to replace his charge pipe and boost pipe with an aluminum replacement set I sent him. Yesterday, was his day off and while I was heading to get a rear bumper for his ZHP, he called me to tell me that he was in contact with European Autohaus to get the pipes installed and he was doing this through text message. By the time, I came back home with his replacement bumper, he sent me a text message that his car was back on the road and it felt great again. I felt so relieved because I can now focus on the other BMWs I'm restoring here in California. I told my son to get the Mobil 1 oil filter and Mobil 1 oil and bring it to them for an oil change ASAP. Thanks so much European Autohaus for taking care of my son's X3 in my absence. You have a new devoted customer for his X3 with the N55, ZHP with the M54 and his mom's Mini with a B48 in it. Yup, we're BMW enthusiasts and I recommend the professionalism of European Autohaus all the way from California.
