I first saw Kevin at a Dallas area autocross event, as one of two competitors in the Unlimited class. His evo was stunning and ridiculously fast. Pretty sure it had enough power and aero to take flight if the wheels were on the roof. I had just bought my '08 evo x gsr, it was my first event with it, and I DNFd due to a boost leak (FNG, I know). A few days later a valve dropped on the highway (completely destroying the engine) and I knew who to call. Kevin was able to give me a diagnosis and accompanying boroscope pictures the next day and was very understanding about my needs as a generally broke 25 year old. 13 months, a new job, and a cross country move later I took delivery of my dream car this past friday and I couldn't be happier. He's great at helping plot upgrade paths and strikes me as someone who has seen it all before. I got pictures of the block as it was being assembled, complete with pictures of the parts I had ordered and accompanying serial numbers, which really helped put me at ease, especially when living >1k miles away. There are a lot of hacks out there (turns out my block was "built," Mitsu. dealer said it was stock, and it let go under totally normal highway cruising conditions! Stuff of nightmares!), but this shop is as legitimate as it gets. Glad I trusted him for this build, and you should too! Cry once.

Had a previous mechanic shop work on our 2014 Evo X GSR and it did not run right. Was told about this place by a friend and am glad I was. They found that the previous shop had not put on parts and pieces they had claimed to put on as well as damaged the turbo. I was super afraid of the cost and it was well below what I was expecting. This shop will now be the only one I trust with our evo.

This place is great, like an Evo lovers dream garage! I went in a couple weeks ago to get my car looked at and tuned, they fit me in right away and even let me chill while he was working. Very fair prices and great tune!! It's like a new car and I am loving it! This place is great and I will most certainly be back for any of my Evo needs. I am very grateful for this place. As an automotive repair shop myself I work on many different makes and models of vehicles so it’s safe to assume every once in a while I come across one that is very difficult to troubleshoot or repair. Well I had an 04 EVO come in with a no start and cam and crank codes that would not go away. I spent days on that car and could not get any further with it then the day it came into my shop. As a master mechanic I know a lot but even this was beyond my scope. So I decided to hit up the internet and try to find a place that could help. While I was scrolling through the Holy Spirit led me here. So I prayed about it before I called and I knew this was the place that could help. I spoke to the owner for a bit about the situation and over the next few hours he worked with me over the phone to work out each part and troubleshoot certain components. After several phone messages and 8+ hours later, he was able to guide me through it all and then customers car was back up and running! If not for this place I’m certain I would have never figured it out. There were so many minor things that caused one large issue that only someone that lives, breathes and eats these cars would know how to fix it. They did. So that’s my review and I am EXTREMELY pleased with this place and I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone that has an EVO. They are knowledgeable and professional. Thank you again and God bless.

100% Recommend this shop To anyone having any problems with their evo, or if they are needing an awesome tune! Kevin was beyond knowledgeable with these cars. I originally showed up for a simple tune, but ended up leaving with a misfire I didn’t know I had being fixed, and a new boost solenoid as my old one was shot, but I didn’t know it. Kevin even offered to change my clutch that was slipping for me right then and there! 10/10 recommendation from me.

Wouldn't take my Evo X anywhere else. Kevin and Richard have done an amazing job on this daily driven Evo with both mechanical work and tuning...and its been going strong at 450awhp for 6 years now with just regular maintenance. 5 stars. Would give more if I could.

Took my car to Kevin for a fault code regarding the AYC motor failure on my 08 Evo X. He diagnosed it right away and ordered the part for me. I left the car with him for the day and he fixed the AYC motor, and installed an AMS fuel rail and steel brake lines for me too at a very reasonable cost. All in all, Evo Dynamics is the place to go for your Evo issues. They know what they are doing and they do amazing work. Wouldn’t take my Evo anywhere else. Kevin and his team are professional, knowledgeable and are very reasonably priced !! Highly recommend and A+++ service. Thanks guys. Very impressed with the work and how well the car is performing.

Bought an Evo from the auction with a blown turbo and was due for a timing chain job. Kevin and his team were very helpful in diagnosing my car and understanding of my power goals for the future down the road. They gave honest opinions on what to do and not to do which helped me avoid parts I didn't need. After installation, Richard dyno tuned my car and also gave me his opinion on future modifications.
