I had the worst experience i have ever had today. I have been a customer longer than I can remember. My wife are loyal for all our vehicles. Today I waited 30 minutes behind one car. No explanations unti I told the guy I certainly hope I don't have a 30 minute experience. We'll, wrong oil filter came up, literally it's been 20 minutes and my service was unacceptable! Everyone was walking around like they had better things to do. I will be back in 4,000 miles. I hope the experience will be better. We'll I was out in 28 minutes. This needs to be addressed. I questioned the oil filter, they had to use my old ring. I'm not a happy camper, as I waited for service before my road trip.

I dont know how they are competent enough to do anything else if they cant even remrmber to put a valve cap back on. Now I have to buy more. Unnecessary.

He was not only professional and well-mannered, but also a very pleasant person to interact with. As the store manager, he truly represents the business in the best light. Most of the staff was pretty nice, but I went in for a simple tire repair. Then ended up spending hours because all of a sudden my car wouldn’t start and the brand new starter I just got put in (wasn’t working) but I went out there and heard it start at one point. Ended up being a connector. Overall they were very confusing and almost made me pay for something that wasn’t even an issue. Also pretty pricey for just a tire repair I’ve spent half that at other places.

This was the best express oil change experience ever! Blaine at Oil Change express was super friendly, helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. He even asked me about my day! I loved the above and beyond service he gave! He obviously didn’t have to do that but the fact that he chose to made me want to make the choice to come back; even though I live miles and miles away!

Ask for fuel filter change n oil change was told ok pulled to bay1 1ST on oil chg for some reason guy draining oil decided to fill new oil filter and then install new oil filter i would never want that found out after oil change 2nd after oil chg i was told i would have to come back mgr would have to do fuel filter change when he was there i think i should have been told that before oil change

These guys are great!! I pulled in with a leaky tire. As soon as I parked, two techs walked out to greet me with a smile. I explained the problem and they went to work. They quickly and closely inspected the tire. Turns out my valve stem core had came loose. A simple fix. They could have easily rolled me. However, they were honest young men, just the kind of folks that you want to work on your car. Sadly, I failed to catch their names, but I'll come back simply because they did the right thing. Very much appreciated in today's environment!!

These guys were genuinely amazing. Another company completely screwed up our oil change and ripped our gasket, causing us to lose an entire pan of oil in only a day of driving. This location was able to get us in asap without an appointment, fixed all the issues pretty quickly, topped off our fluids, and barely charged us anything. All the staff was extremely friendly and unlike other mechanics nearby, had no issue with us having our pets in the car with us. 10/10, would definitely recommend.

My car apparently wanted to visit here as it literally blew off its lower radiator hose right in front of their business. I whipped into the parking lot and a friendly employee soon greeted me and asked if all was okay. They got my car on the lift, fixed, and back on the road in about a half hour. Very quick, very efficient, and very friendly techs. Highly recommend.

I wouldn't recommend. They forgot to I put my cap on my coolant reservoir. Also I went in to have my car looked at. Was told everything was fine . Next day my car was spitting up oil everywhere. Would stay away.

I know chain franchise auto repair generally has a bad reputation, but the two Express Oil stations I frequent both absolutely rock. I use them for routine maintenance and even for the expensive stuff on my car and truck. Their prices are fair and their work is terrific. I don't go anywhere else if I can possibly avoid it. (Hint: it would be awesome if they would start doing mufflers!) But seriously I trust these guys with my life on the road and you should too.
