Richard was able to find me a oil change appointment in a short notice at yhe time that was convenient for me. They also did alignment and fix a nail that was stuck in my tire. Kevin checked me in and the service were nice and smooth and my car was done on time. Prices are also reasonable compared to dealership. I will be coming back.

The customer service was great but considering that the location was on Martin Luther King BLVD, I was expecting to see more Black staff members. However, I love how I was able to call schedule to have my car come in same day. I have been driving on my spare tire for awhile and it was time to get a new tire. I was in & out in two hours. Sidenote, I love that I was able to drink some good coffee in the lobby.

I scheduled a 1 pm appointment to have my heater inspected because it wasn’t working properly. The service advisor told me that if my car wasn’t low on antifreeze, they would likely refer me to the dealer. About seven minutes after my appointment started, I received a call from them confirming the same information I had already provided before dropping off my car. My car was never diagnosed, nor did they attempt to fix the issue or cause. If you need anything beyond an oil change, tire purchase, or brake/rotor replacement, be aware that this Firestone location will gladly accept your car and charge a diagnostic fee—but won’t actually perform the diagnostic or any repair work. I’m not upset that they declined to work on my car; I’m frustrated that I wasted time and money on rideshares to and from Firestone, and paid for a diagnostic that never happened. They should canceled my appointment in advance when they said it had to do with my cars HVAC, or not charged me for a diagnostic fee at all.

About a week ago, I caught a flat tire randomly unexpected. I got very lucky even though the doors were closed. Gave great service for $23 and offered me long term fixes with quotes for each. Came in with low tire pressure and thought I might need a repair. Left the car for a day and found it did not need a repair so they sealed the edges or the rims. I do need new tires, so that recommendation was no surprise. I’m moving to a more rural area so a higher profile tire is in order. Fast forward a few weeks and I got a nail in my tire so decided it was time. Kevin took excellent care of us by honoring the quote from before, ordering, installing and aligning our new set of tires in time for me to make it to my meeting. It was a short but doable time frame and he made sure it happened. I felt heard and taken care of - GREAT customer service!

I called Firestone on Rainer Ave and spoke to Kevin late afternoon around 4:45 pm. I told him my tire pressure light came on, and I found a nail in one of my rear tires. He was nice over the phone and suggested, to come on down. At the time, my 4 year old daughter was with me and somewhat patiently waiting in the lobby area. Kevin must have noticed that my daughter was getting antsy and changed the channel on the TV from the news to cartoons. I found that very thoughtful and extremely helpful. It worked, as she was able to sit still for a while. My overall experience at this location was smooth and fantastic! Kevin and team was able to get my car done shortly before closing time at 7 pm. I am so grateful. BIG KUDOS to Kevin and the Firestone team. I will definitely come back for future services to this Firestone. THANK YOU!
