Amazing, the problem had to be turned over to a dealership but the diagnostic, and investigation was done at no cost and super timely. I will definitely bring my business back here. I feel I was treated very well by David, Aaron and Michael!

When I came in for an alignment they told me my tie rod adjustment points were seized and they would need to be replaced. I declined the work and I am glad that I did. When I checked myself the tie rod adjustments came loose easily. Either their tech had limp wrists or I dressed up as a sucker that day.

Mike, Dave & Josh, worked overtime, on a friday, to get my car done, and safe to drive cross country the next morning. So much appreciation for their hard work and dedication, and staying late to get done!!!

I took my 2020 Toyota Corolla in for a four-wheel rotation and alignment. After arriving home, I discovered my car battery had completely drained and died. When I brought the car back the next day, they claimed the battery died because it was very old. However, I bought the battery in 2022, and it is still under warranty. Just two days before I brought my car to Firestone, I had maintenance done at Walmart, and they checked the battery and it was still good. Now I suspect I know why they had to drive my car for a long time after finishing the alignment. I believe this drive was a temporary attempt to charge the battery. I had never seen them drive my car like that before when I got an alignment at Firestone in California. Or at Costco auto or Samclub.

They took our car in had the hood up put the car back out and it has set there for 30 minutes now as we are charged by the hour. We know what's wrong with the vehicle we just want the warranty to cover it. 1.5 hours later not one person has come and said anything to us.

Had an issue getting some tires to seat on the rims, Zack the manager stopped what he was doing to help and got it taken care of no problem. Very kind and polite, I recommend this place over any other tire place around!

Had a flat tire leaving work, called 30mins before close. Not only were they able to fix the tire, they made sure they used my preferred wheel weights. Will definitely be going back! Thanks again guys!

Seriously, when a car comes in with the spare on, isn't it customary to put the spare back in the spot that it belongs? I was a mechanic for 25 years, and thats what I was taught to do. That's what I taught those under me.to do. It is good customer service. When I first got there this kid tried to tell me I needed 4 new tires because the car was all wheel drive. It is not all wheel drive. He was just out for a bonus. Had I been someone that didn't know 1) about the car I brought in 2) didn't know the first thing about cars to begin with. He might have gotten away with his B.S. I opened the back up to put groceries in at the supermarket, and what did I see? The spare. I have to say I am beyond pissed. I also have yo say that they lost customers. Our Mercedes is coming up on new tires, and that one is AWD. Costco did the tires on my car, and did an outstanding job. The Mercedes will be going to Costco, as will this car for all future tire needs.

We have had two negative experiences in a row with Firestone (this location in particular) and it was extremely disappointing, stressful, and hectic. They love to fear monger and make things out to be MUCH worse then they actually are. They did it with our breaks the first visit (we were getting tired put on) and they came out and really scared me with how much they were insisting on them doing our brakes. They tried to tell me I didn’t need to call my husband and that they could just take care of it (for the very small fee of over 2k) luckily I spoke to my husband and he said no, and he promptly replaced them. The second time is where we really had issues. We brought our car in for a simple oil change and tire rotation. They once again tried to scare us. They said our oil pan threads were stripped by the last place we had our oil changed. (We have gotten our oil changed at valvolene for the last 2 years. They don’t take the screw out, they just suck the oil right out. So how would the threads be stripped without anyone removing the bolt? They first quoted us 400 dollars to fix it and replace the oil pan that they had broken. We said whatever, but then they called my husband a few hours later and said the price would be over 1k. They still have taken no accountability. My husband was luckily able to repair the oil pan as well, but it was a very scary day. They will try anything to get you to spend more money there, even breaking stuff that wasn’t broken before. I think if the staff had been more kind, or hadn’t immediately tried to off shoulder the blame onto us/valvoline. Very unprofessional and we will never be letting them touch our car again. I’m not sure how the other locations are, but this left a bad taste in our mouth and so we will not be back at any of them. Proceed with caution sadly.

IF YOU NEED SERVICES, GO ANYWHERE ELSE! These guys basically just took over $500 of my money to do nothing! Les Schwab has better service and products for tires, battery, alignment services, etc. And apparently Firestone sucks at AC so I guess they’re good for nothing. Normally, I take care of my cars by myself, but the state regulations on AC don’t allow me to do that and require me to go to “professionals” to take care of my AC needs. If you’d like to know why: there’s a long story below. My AC blew cold for years and then started blowing hot June of 2025. I made an appointment over the phone to drop it off and they didn’t even look at my car. Apparently I dropped keys off “too late” which means before they open but sometime after some guy checked the 24 hour key drop box. They didn’t even acknowledge my appointment so I had to drop it off the next day again. They then said my refrigerant leaked from the Schrader Valve once they finally could “diagnose” my AC problem. As a previous mechanic, I know that this answer means “I hate AC work so I’ll just do what’s easy” or “I don’t know what I’m doing or have enough time to figure it out.” I gave them the courtesy and I did give into the lie so I could just bring it back after the AC stopped working again. They quoted me something in the $260 range which I saw as okay. Once I go to pay for the car, they say that it’s going to be $534.83 which was shady. Not even a week later, AC went from cold to blazing hot again. I called and they said “Our AC technician got promoted, so we don’t have one anymore. Go to Silverdale.” I called Silverdale and they said “No, Bremerton needs to take care of it since they worked it. You’ll need to wait until they get a technician.” I wait a good month or so before they can see me again and I’m not even a higher priority when I go in, even though they have 3 non-successful appointments with me. I go in and they find a severe leak in one of my AC lines (hose is cracked) which should have been found the first time around and I was very patient and understanding up to this point. They said they would call me the next day with a quote. They neglected to call for another week before I remind them that I am waiting for a quote. They say they remember but have been slammed so they haven’t gotten to it. I wait another week or so and call again. They then said they will get it to me THAT day. They neglected the quote again. Eventually the holidays come and I am in and out of town until January. I call back in February and say “hey when am I gonna get this quote?” They don’t even remember my car and have no notes from the issues that were found on file. They then proceed to say that they need me to come in so they can “diagnose” the problem again. When I say “I’m not paying again because you guys keep avoiding my request for a quote. It’s been 8-9 months and I’ve done my due diligence to get this take care of.” They say that I will have to pay the AC recharge fee and diagnostic fee again. I just want a refund or for them to just fix the car like what I paid for. I’ve never heard of or seen such bad service. I was willing to pay for the new AC line and labor to install, but these guys are untrustworthy!

We had an appointment at noon. Hubby dropped of the car for a flat repair and was told it would take about an hour. Two hours later he was still waiting. Upon asking about the status he was told the car was ready, but they weren't talking about his car. When he pointed out they had the wrong car he was told they would look into it and get back to him. Thirty minutes later I called and was told our car was the next to be pulled into the service bay. When I asked about why there was a two hour delay past our appointment time I was told they were short a mechanic. Not happy that no one bothered to inform us they were so far behind schedule. This is my hubby's day off, and he's wasting it waiting on a flat repair that should take less than an hour. Update After waiting four hours past our appointment time they finally looked at the tire and said they could fix it and it would be done in less than 45 minutes. Thirty minutes after that, my husband was told that the small screw was embedded too deep and we needed a new tire instead. After waiting almost 5 hours my husband decided that we were no longer going to give Firestone our business and we will be going to Les Schwab first thing in the morning for a second opinion. It is inexcusable to mix up cars, put the wrong car in the service bay, and make an appointment wait 5 hours before telling them that a screw in the tire can't be fixed. Update #2. Took my car to Les Shwab first thing this morning. Thirty minutes later the repair is completed at no charge. All my business is now going to Les Schwab and we will be canceling our Firestone cards.

Took my car here because the break caliper froze up in the front. I immediately realized it and had it towed here, the closest shop to my house. They stated that I would need all new breaks, stating that both the calipers in the front AND Back had frozen up. They also stated that I needed an entirely new suspension system (saying all of my tire rods were bent). They even stated I needed new struts even though they had just been replaced 7 months ago. They gave me an $8300 quote. They would not even given show me an inspection video. I ended up towing the car to a dealership from here and paid $1,000 for front breaks. They stated my suspension was totally fine and there was nothing wrong with my back breaks. This is a horrible business. The fact that they would tell me that I needed $7300 worth of work that I didn’t need was outrageous. I feel robbed that I had to pay the $10 inspection fee and another $270 to tow the car elsewhere.

Went for tire rotation. No charge since bought my tires here. The service reps are nice and seem very helpful. Dropped my car off for a tire rotation but it didn't get done until 2 days after my appointment - not sure what happened but it's my only complaint.

I needed coolant pressure test to determine why the coolant levels were low, and the team at Firestone was able to determine the radiator cap needed to be replaced and they also identified the source of the ongoing oil leak. They were able to get me in same day to address the issues and also provided an oil change, tested the battery, and initiated the brake fluid exchange. Thrilled to have gotten such great service and so immediately. Grateful they took care of me so well.

I always bring my car to the Bremerton Wheaton way location. Michael goes above and beyond at the front providing great customer service. My car is always taken care of and I get a fair a reasonable price. This team always works with me to make sure I’m getting what my car needs at times I can afford it and also helps me plan for the future car maintenance I will need. I trust them and I appreciate the service I receive.

Purchased four Bridgestone tires from this business. Normally went to the Silverdale store however seems management/staff changed there and got a negative experience. Way better at the Bremerton store. Definitely recommend Zach to be your advisor & Aaron for your technician.
