Made an appointment online for an oil change, tune up, and to change out my O2 sensors. My right front tpms sensor went out and I wanted that replaced as well. After consulting with the guy behind the counter, he only had me set up for an oil change, I added the tune up and told him I wanted the O2 sensors and tpms sensor replaced. All he wanted to do was run diagnostics. I left moments ago with an $800 bill, instead of one tpms sensor replaced, all four tires are now out. Not only no O2 sensor replacement but the full car diagnostics showed everything WRONG but the O2 sensors. Should have known something was wrong when they said my cabin air filter was dirty and needed replaced, I changed it myself three days prior, my glovebox wasn’t even removed to check it. I’m going to have to find a new mechanic now. Completely disappointed. Check engine light is still on, now I have zero tpms sensors that work, and a recommendation for $1100 dollars worth of repairs that I’m not sure are even needed because they lied about a cabin air filter. Just beware smh

I been coming to firestone for years now. I have had some pretty bad experience with other mechanic companies. But the reason I have stayed with firestone is I can always leave my car here and it never comes back with more problems then what it came in for. I appreciate eithan for working on my cars and doing it right the first time and for always having them ready when he says it will be done. thanks to remo, Justin and Mike for always being truthful with all my repairs and never trying to stick me with something I dont actually need at that time.

Michael Jaynes was absolutely fantastic. He was very polite and efficient. I took my Jeep in to have air put into the tires. He quickly recognize that I had a slow leak due to a nail in one of them. Without fuss or commotion, he found the same tire nearby, ordered it, and had it replaced within a day. I’ll be going back for sure.

Justin was professional but also compassionate, though he was booked solid he made time to order my battery and he installed it. He did this very timely so that I didnt have to walk home. I took my car to Firestone. The negative and positive port of thr battery were not very tight. This meant that car suddenly stopped. David Greene was very professional and timely. He looked at the car and checked the battery. It was loosed. He tightened it well and recommended l do a battery check in 90days. Remo, the store Mgr., has Excellent Customer Service skills and you can see that it trickles down to his team as well. I was treated with respect and the sense that my time was valuable. I dropped my car off at 10 am and by 12:30 the car was completed and I received a call shortly thereafter. Moving forward I will definitely be going back to that location for ALL my repairs and maintenance on my car.
