I brought my vehicle in for service for brakes. I was getting pulsating brakes and the service quote recommend the tires get changed, collect changed and spark plugs. Total was 1200. I initially authorized it but after realizing the price I called to have it cancelled. Angel, the service tech, told me the spark plugs are already out, and I have to pay for the new ones. I was fine with that. When I arrived, I was told that they put the old spark plugs back in! Angel said the new ones were in, but the service manager said he told them to put the old ones back since I canceled? But I was told there were changes. I was charged $200 for service but no spark plugs in the car. So I was lied to and robbed of money and got no service done. This place is a scam and ran by criminals. Never again will I go here or recommend this place.

It's so easy to make an appointment online and Everytime I go to the Briarwood store, Russ the manager makes sure my car is well taken care of. Russ and his staff make sure that they explain everything in great detail when you bring your vehicle in for service. Its a big plus when you can trust the staff. You know for sure that their not ripping you off.

Do not go here for an oil change. Not only was our oil pan broken in the process, 5 months later we find out the oil filter has not been changed AT ALL. And this is after the oil filter has been leaking oil and causing a horrible smell. After towing the car into a repair shop and paying out of pocket for this diagnostic, we are paying to fix something that can easily be prevented. DO NOT COME HERE.

After much frustration at other places, I've been coming to this location for about 2 years every 10k with numerous long term Hertz rentals. Angel and Steve, along with all the techs, have always gone above and beyond in order to ensure accurate and timely service. Moreover, I drive 30-40 mins from my home, where there are other locations and providers, because of this location's commitment to excellence and its customers.

I had an electrical issue with my car that resulted in a main fuse needing to be replaced. I got a rental car for a couple of days until my car was done. I dropped off the rental and shuttle to get my car. Everything was fine until I started my car. The service person didn't reset the codes so my dash board lit up. I went in a was told the only person that could do that was gone for the day and I'd have to bring it back in tomorrow (which would require me to get another rental car), AND that clearing the codes is not part of the service and their would be an extra charge. In what universe do you replace a main fuse and not clear any DTCs? I was a fairly regular customer. My business just went elsewhere.

I recently got into an accident, and my front bumper was pushed in, pointing dangerously close to my brand-new tires. I was worried it would start rubbing and damage them. I called Firestone in Ann Arbor, and they told me to bring it in to take a look. From the moment I arrived, Russ went above and beyond to help. I was still shaken up from being hit, but Russ was kind, patient, and genuinely caring. He reassured me they'd do their best, and they absolutely did. One of their technicians, Terry, carefully bent the bumper back into place, saving my tires from any damage. Even though I was willing to pay for their time and service, they refused; they simply wanted to help. That kind of generosity and humanity is rare these days. Because of this experience, Firestone in A2 has earned my trust and future business. Thank you, Russ and Terry. You didn’t just fix my car, you made a really stressful moment feel a little lighter. You’re both lifesavers, and I’m incredibly grateful!
