I can't thank this shop enough! After a frustrating experience with another repair shop, I brought my vehicle here hoping for a better outcome β and they delivered above and beyond.

*EDIT* Contacted customer service as owner asked. Emails bounced around and did nothing. No response other than an automated response that amounted to, "Email received". EDIT 2: Now my electric motor that drives my heater/AC is making noise. Removed the cover and they didn't even install the air filter correctly. Something a small untrained monkey could do blindfolded. Worst mechanics ever. Attached is an image of the wadded up air filter they 'installed' which I'm guessing has been letting debris directly into the electric motor compartment. EDIT 3: Corporate was supposed to contact me, instead they had the store call me again who denied messing up my cabin air filter despite their being a photo of the messed up filter being posted online. The childish mechanic who messed up my filter, which resulted in my motor now making noises, then resulted to name calling. So they had me talk to the store just to be lied to and insulted. Great people. Highly warn against going here. If you cannot even take responsibility for you actions, why are you in management or even allowed to speak in any customer service capacity. These people are failures in every sense of the word. So still plan on never returning. Stolen property. New problems. Bad service. Overcharged. No proper refund. *EDIT* Used to go here every time I needed an oil change. My guess is either all the people who used to work here left/retired. This last time I was told I'd get a $25 discount and a $25 gift card, received neither and he didn't even print out a receipt until I asked. Which makes me think he was being dodgy on purpose. Normally, and I have had service here 100 times, they print it and have me sign. They did neither. I was packed and headed towards iowa. Which was obvious, I had luggage. After the 'service' my hat is missing. My tire cap to my front right tire is missing. They aired all 4 tires to 35. (Front should be 35, back 32) I'm getting a chatter when I drive on uneven road now. My transmission grinds when I accelerate too slow on a cold start (on a warm day, this was early fall), and fast acceleration now feel sluggish. Like they accidentally drained some transmission fluid instead of oil. Sad that service that used to be consistent and friendly is so messed up. When I called to complain, the foreigner I talked to said the best he could do is have me go back to that specific firestone and talk to them... I had to be in Iowa for work, and the dude with broken English didn't seem to comprehend that his 'solution' was not any sort of solution at all. I doubt I'll ever visit another firestone after this. Sad when a walmart offers better service than a specialty store. $190 for an oil change and air filters. Horrible all around. Would give negative stars. Likely taking my car to a different shop and potentially will have to sue if they really did drain trans fluid like it feels. But that is what I get for being in a hurry for my job I guess?

I have had such a good experience the last 2 times Iβve been here!! The first time I went I needed a new tire and wheel because I got a flat and they fixed me right up along with detecting other issues with my car that I didnβt even know about. Then today, I needed an oil change and a new oil pan and they were so happy to answer any questions or concerns I had! The price was great and when I brought my dog in they gave here a Greenieπ₯°

One of the great things that come with the power of my social media platforms is being able to bring attention to people, businesses, and groups that are rockstars in what they do. Currently I have over 9 million views on my photos and over 9 million people have read my reviews on google maps. Woke up yesterday to a flat tire. I purchased the tires from Firestone in 2019. I purchased the warranty. Today I went in to get my flat fixed. They had all the data from my purchase in 2019. 50, 000 miles later. My tire was not repairable. After they prorated my tires use, final cost with installation $48.00 for a $200.00 all season tire. No high pressure bait and switch. Firestone on 350 hwy in Raytown Mo gets 5 stars.

As a loyal customer of Firestone for 15 years, I was disappointed with my recent experience; they incorrectly charged me for two oil changes. I tried to discuss the issue with the manager, but he was uncooperative. Unfortunately, it appears that the younger generation is apathetic towards customer satisfaction. I will explore other options for maintaining my car. Please be cautious when visiting Firestone and verify your charges. The Firestone in Raytown on off 350.

Mr. Bartlett was very helpful and patient for I just made it within 10 mins. of closing he didn't show a frustrated face nor did he rush me out of store. He calmly checked in my car for drop off and allow me to wait for ride whom took about 20 mins pass closing to retrieve me. Thank you again Mr. Bartlett

I will not be returning to this Firestone location on Highway 350 in Raytown. I brought my car in for a simple tire service. After picking it up and driving to work, I realized my Stanley cup and my wallet were no longer in my vehicle. Both items had been in my car before the service. I immediately called the store to report the missing belongings and ask if anyone had turned them in or if cameras could be checked. I was simply told βno,β with no effort made to look into the situation or show any concern. Because my wallet was missing, I contacted corporate to request a proper investigation and camera review. I then received a call from the store manager, Quincy, and the interaction was extremely unprofessional. He did not greet me or show any empathy. Instead, he immediately said, βno one wants to take your dirty Stanley cup,β in a rude and dismissive tone. His attitude throughout the conversation was disrespectful and completely inappropriate. I was not accusing anyone β I only wanted help understanding what happened to my belongings. As a paying customer, I expect basic professionalism and courtesy, especially when reporting missing personal items. The way this situation was handled, both by staff and management, was unacceptable. I hope this location takes customer concerns more seriously in the future, because no one should be treated this way over a legitimate issue.

I actually liked this place until my recent visit. As a woman who doesnβt know much about cars I felt like this location had my best interest. Again up until my last visit. I was told my brake fluid was low, from my understanding I thought when getting oil changes youβd get your fluids checked! Nope Clayton said it depends on the worker. Iβve never heard such thing. However I received an oil change, new tire, brakes and rotors. Paid for my services with no problem but what Iβve noticed is that theyβre nice for payment but as far as communication on whatβs going on with the car. Donβt expect to get that. Just βThanks for coming inβ I walked out with problems to my car I didnβt have prior to going in and all heβs saying is I have an old car with high mileage. If thatβs the case in stead of taking my money let me know that you suggest i go a different route. But again they just want your money.

Over the years I have brought my cars and now my Jeep Wrangler to Firestone 350 Hwy. They have given me exceptional service with each visit. They explain everything to you and always willing to address your questions and concerns. They offer suggestions and they are very respectful of getting you in and getting you taken care of. The staff is very pleasant and will show you what's happening with your vehicle. Not just tell you. They explain it for you to understand. Thank you for good auto care. I do appreciate it. Ms. Tracy

"βββββ I cannot recommend this tire shop location enough! I was able to call and get a quick appointment for a few issues that I was experiencing. Which not to mention was very convenient. Clayton and the staff are always warm and welcoming. I feel like family when I walk in. Clayton and Michael was honest, knowledgeable, and didn't try to upsell me on unnecessary services. The staff was friendly, and the waiting area was clean. THE NEW TIRE SMELL! Prices are very reasonable, and I was back on the road in no time. This is my GO TO SPOT for all of my tire and maintenance needs!"
