Oil change and extra $10.00 service did not include filling windshield washer with fluid nor checking trans oil nor adding antifreeze. I wonder if my oil was changed or my tires rotated. I did get a recommendation to change my brake fluid for $99.

I do not know where to start, this store amazes me. I can’t say enough! Best Firestone in the District and I would never go to another Firestone for service other than this one. Jesse, Dustin, Anthony and every tech/mechanic is superior. If I can give six stars I would. I have never been happier with a firestone. I can say so much more.

Don't recommend coming to this location for anything but tires. 1st time came in for a oil leak, they fixed it but as soon as drove off the lot my Jeep stalled out. It wouldn't start someone did come out and help to get it running to get it back to the shop. Had it for another day to fix whatever they did to it free of charge. I gave them a second chance when my check engine light came on, on Feb 3rd. They ran a diagnostic test it came back my O2 sensor had oil leaked on it. They fixed it but again I drove off their lot and my coolant sensor came on and was overheating so went back to them to get it fixed a day later free of charge. It doesn't seem like the test drive vehicles after they are fixed unlike the other firestones I have been too

I went for basic vehicle checkups, honestly their mechanics aren’t expert and knowledgeable. The output report isn’t in good format, its kind of recommend everything they check, not based on priority. They take too long time and their system is old, desk people aren’t expert. Cheap but not recommended. Tires plus was better.

This is one of the best experiences ive had with getting new tires for my car after discovering a bubble in my sidewall. I stopped here and a girl named Amy made everything so easy and was able to save me some money and made it affordable. That really matter right before Christmas too! Review subject to change. But for now, it's 1 star. My van needs new ground straps. Specifically the engine to chassis ground. That is all. But for some reason, the technicians won't even pop the hood on my vehicle to inspect the problem. I had the vehicle towed to Firestone the night before my appointment. My appointment was at 9am....However, I was not contacted by Firestone for the entire day....It wasn't until I called them that I found out they hadn't even inspected my vehicle yet. - - So, now it's the following day, and I still have not been contacted by Firestone.

I came in to get tires and was helped by a very respectful, helpful, friendly young man. And he was very fast. Some employees at some places take forever or move slow but he was very fast. Why I deleted my 5-star review [6 months ago] and gave a 1-star? I received an email from Firestone to schedule an alignment since I purchased the lifetime alignment package. I called the store before 8am and was given a 1:00pm appointment the same day. I checked in at 12:46pm. When I arrived, no one mentioned that the shop was busy or that there would be any delay. There were only 2–3 customers waiting, including me. Despite having an appointment and arriving early, I waited 4 hours and 22 minutes. A technician didn’t even take the car back until I asked about the delay more than two hours later. I didn’t check out until 5:08pm. There was no discount offer for future service — nothing. To make matters worse, the emailed Final Invoice listed the wrong vehicle and included the note: “WRONG VEHICLE. STILL PERFORMED FOR CUST SAT.” Every vehicle on my Firestone account has the lifetime alignment package, so this is both incorrect and concerning. Days later, I completed the post-service [Firestone] survey and was told someone would call within 48 hours. No one ever did. I don’t know why it took so long to service my vehicle. What I do know is that a lack of communication is a form of communication. Because of that, I felt it was only fair to update my review so others are aware that their time may not be valued at this location.

I was having a terrible day. Everything that could go wrong was going wrong.. I got a nail in my tire and was fed up. When I went in the employee Anthony, Mr. Calloway was great and perfect to me. He beyond helped me. I got it done for a great price and fast. Anthony must have knew I was having a bad day and did everything to help. I never had such great customer service. He definitely turned my day around. I will only be coming to Firestone from now on for my car because of his great customer service and friendliness! He definitely showed me that some people do not just look at it as their job. I’m very very pleased with my trip to Firestone and beyond satisfied with the help I received!!!
