I bought a 2025 dealer's demo Tuscon Hybrid. Everything went well except for the fact that they couldn't locate the second key fob. After about a week they made an appointment with me to come back to the shop so they could make/program a second key. After about 1.5hrs of waiting they informed me that they didn't have the specific, required key fob, and that I would have to come back after another week to get the second fob. I give them 5 stars for the pleasant process of buying the car, and a 1 star for their poor handling of the key fob issue. The overall result is an rounded average of 3 stars.

My wife communicated via chat with this dealership on Thursday and confirmed our appointment for 10am today. We drove 1.5 hours to come to the dealership. When we arrived they told us the vehicle was in a other state and that they had emailed us and that we never told them what I transfer the vehicle in and we should have checked our junk mail. The sales people basically blamed her. However, THEY set the appointment for us to see the vehicle. THEY did not call us this morning to confirm the appointment or to inform that the vehicle was NOT on the lot. They waited until she drove 1.5 hours there to inform her the vehicle was not there. She immediately got in her car and left. DO NOT WORK WITH THIS DEALERSHIP THEY ARE NEXT LEVEL UNPROFESSIONAL!

Super positive experience, we was very fortunate to have Jim Duff. From the moment we walked in we knew this is where we wanted to deal with. Jim was professional, NOT PUSHY, and worked hard to get us a car. We drove away with a 24 Palisade, happy as can be. Jim, if you see this thanks again dude! Oh another thing I personally loved was the music they was playing Waylon, and Paycheck. Which is sweet! Drive over the mountain to skip wrongway hyundai in Waynesboro, salesmen there are SUPER PUSHY and turned us off. Never felt more uncomfortable in my life. Buying our new Ioniq 9 was one of the most difficult experiences I've had, until getting to Flow Hyundai. First dealership wouldn't return calls, emails or texts. Second dealership tried to tell us the price was like $4k over what Hyundai listed on their website, and wouldn't even entertain negotiating. I was about to sign with a broker to pick up a vehicle out of state because of the frustration to that point. Then, on a whim I e-mailed Flow Hyundai. Process was super simple, straightforward, and painless. We sent some e-mails back and forth, came to an agreement, and low and behold - when I arrived on Monday, everything went smoothly! No hidden fees, we paid what I expected before coming in, and I was in and out in about half an hour. Thank you to Tim Hansbrough, Jim Duff , and Jessica Pritt for restoring a bit of my faith in the car sales industry!

1 star, way too generous! This review is for the Flow Hyundai service department On 10/27/25, I spoke with Ernest P./service advisor in the service department. I explained to him that a prior shop diagnosed my car with needing an engine. I gave him the year, make & model, and the current mileage. I also advised him that I had an extended warranty and what brand I had. Ernest stated that they did work with the warranty company I mentioned, and that the miles on the car did not matter. I had the car towed to Flow on 10/27. On 10/28, I received a call from Ernest stating he could not find an engine ANYWHERE in the U.S. I immediately went online and pulled up 3 different ones within 10 minutes and emailed them to him. This should have been a red flag that I was going to get the run-around, but I didn’t give up yet. From 10/27-11/14, Ernest did nothing but lie to me in my face, through email and on the phone. He did not want to work on my vehicle because it was not “worth” the time and effort due to the age and mileage. He never communicated with me, except twice. I always had to call, pop up or email him. Each time he would pacify/lie to me until the next time. I even received an email from him on 11/10, stating that my car will be taken care of (he already knew that the claim has closed on this date.) I made my last visit on 11/14 because the extended warranty closed my claim on 11/10 due to Flow not sending the requested information they needed to move forward. I asked for copies of the pics that Ernest “claimed” he sent to them, but I was told there was no record of the pics. He tried to show me on his phone where the pics were submitted to the warranty company, but as I examine this closely, they are just attached pictures that were NEVER uploaded. Go figure! I also met with Craig Morris, who was as nasty as they come. He could not, or would not answer my questions, and finally when he realized that I knew they were both lying to me in my face and could not present any pics or documentation, he told me to take my car elsewhere. He knew he was BUSTED…not sure how he got or has kept his position with Flow. Dealerships work with extended warranty companies all the time. They know claims are time sensitive, so this shop “sat” on this claim until it closed out due to not sending in the requested information. If Ernest did not want to work on my car when I made the call on 10/27, he should have just said that upfront and not wasted my time! This was the worst customer service that I’ve had dealing with a dealership. Ernest needs to get out of this profession!

Thanks for reaching out. I gave 1 star rating because of experience during the service visit which I realized it yesterday only. I found yesterday that the cabin filter was in good state and my argument not to change the filter since it was less than 2 year was correct. I was shown a very dirty filter during the service visit and asked me to replace it for $75. I did not do it. Yesterday I looked at it to replace it. The filter was nice and clean, and a clip that holds the filter cap was broken. It was a free oil service, but resorting customers for unnecessary parts replacements? My trust to the service at your facility is low at this point. Sorry. See the pics. First pic was during the service visit about 3 wks before, and the second one I took it yesterday. Furthermore, my warranty claim for the peeling sticker at the front bumper is pending for more than a year. Very strange no response no updates.

I’m very disappointed by this dealership. My family has bought three cars from them, and within a year - two of the three are having serious mechanical issues. My brother’s car, a Subaru Crosstrek, blew a gasket and left him stranded in Florida after having the car for less than 6 months. Thankfully the repairs were covered by the warranty. However back in October 2025, my car, a Hyundai Tucson 2019, had the engine light come on within 3 months of our purchase. It was at ~86000 miles when we got it. I took it in and it was said to be the catalytic converter. Upon getting estimates from multiple repair shops and Hyundai dealerships, not only is the car burning oil, but to replace the catalytic converter, it would cost $2600. The total we’ve been estimated is $3600. The warranty they sell with their cars DOES NOT COVER ANY OF THIS* So be warned when purchasing your vehicles from this dealership. It’s become clear to us that they do minimum repairs on the cars they sell to customers.
