Today they were supposed to close at 5pm, we called for an inspection and they told us to come, we arrive at 4:40 and they say they are done doing inspections and shut everything down. 4:40 is not 5pm, they had an entire 20 minutes to get the inspection done. We drove 1.4 hours to come to this location and I do not appreciate their service nor how they talked to us.

Took my car to him for a 2nd quote on a repair. He was priced better than the competition, got the work done quickly, and was friendly and professional. I will take my car here for future service, no question. Note: the shop doesn't really have a waiting area, etc, so come prepared with a ride from a friend.

I needed a mechanic to do a pre-purchase inspection of a used truck I was considering to purchase. I called Francis Auto Care because it was near the meeting place of the purchase and was told there would be no charge. Mr. Francis (not sure if first or last name) took the time to thoroughly inspect the truck and even took it for a test drive. Even though I told him upfront any needed repairs would be done by my local mechanic, he took the time to tell me things that might need to be fixed and the cost of each so I would know how to negotiate the price. He treated me with kindness, as if I was his most important customer. I will not hesitate to take my truck to Francis Auto Care if anything falls through with my local mechanic.

I love going here! Francis is very honest and upfront about any work that needs to be done on your car. He also has fair prices for the cost of work that needs to be done. He doesn't rip you off like some of these big name mechanics like Meineke, Firestone, etc. He is great at what he does! You will not regret it!

I had the pleasure of finding Francis Auto Care a few years back and boy have they not disappointed! Francis and his family are extremely kind and knowledgeable. I've never felt "swindled" by the shop like you see at a lot of larger auto shops. They have always been honest and helpful in any way they can. Highly recommended.

Hello everyone, I visited Frances place a month ago about my timing cover gasket and the gasket is leaking. Frances told me to come a month later cause I guess they were busy. I asked exactly if I should come back around January 15th. He told me that that sounds good. I called them back today and he pushes me back for 2 more weeks saying that they got busy and don’t accept anyone for a two weeks as I mentioned. This is extremely rude and unacceptable cause if my car was not working and he promises to fix it at certain time but he does not and pushes back for 2 more weeks. Don’t waste your time!

Myself and my mother like to take our vehicle to Francis Auto Car for many years (Honestly since I was a child). Francis is true to his word and price is reasonable for his work. For a Black Owned Business, he is a real GEM. Never complain about a job that we need him to do for our cars: He is very honest if he know if the car have a known issue through history of other cars or price to fix and the value of the vehicle isn't adding up... he will let you know). If you want to know something.... Yes, he can German vehicles, because of his work we got a Cayenne S with over 210k miles and running like new because of his service. Also, sadly I feel like I'm the only person who brings a Subaru (w/ 251k miles) to his shop and Yes he can service them also. If you are in the Triangle area because they are very hard to come by and this is one of the very few reliable shops I can take my vehicles to. If you want to know a very reliable mechanic shop, I'll 1000% recommend it!

I really like the man that owns the place, but I've had more than one really poor experience with the relatively simple repairs to my truck. I came here because of the reasonable prices, but when you have to come back multiple times to correct the repairs and pay for towing because they truck wasn't repaired correctly the first time, well it gets frustrating. My $230.00 repair has now gone over $500.00 including the towing. I hope they do better for the next person....😞
