Agree with Klint. He may be good if he accepts your business but apparently only takes referrals. Shame on me for not calling before trying to drive there.. I guess.. Why have a business posting if this is how you operate? Maybe I dont fully understand how that works.

I will have to ditto Robert Blake. The man ENJOYS being a mechanic. He built his own plane and flies it. He likes the challenge of troubleshooting all makes and models. I have been going to him for 18+ years. Never had a problem with his work. Always completely honest about each repair.

Just wanted to update and say that I am STILL using George. He always finds time to fit me in when I have last minute concerns. I take my Suburban in to him for a "once-over" before I load my family up for road trips. I feel like he fixes my vehicle with as much care as he would one that his wife would drive. I learned about George from a client of mine who was a pilot. He said that George is the ONLY person he would let work on his airplane engines, or his cars. I have been taking my personal and company vehicles to him for over 10 years. He is trustworthy, honest and prompt. If there is nothing wrong with your car - he'll tell you so and not charge you! He diagnoses problems and only fixes what NEEDs to be fixed. You might be able to find a shade tree mechanic out there that would work for less, but you'll never go wrong letting George take care of your vehicles.

I've been going to Geroge's for years. He is an exceptional mechanic and his helpers are very good. He's reasonable about pricing and he won't sell a part you don't really need. George built is own airplane, and he flies it. That's a good mechanic!

Im going to have to give this know it all 5 stars because he earned it . The man is dedicated to the industry with decades of experience. He is a solid technician and honest . I used to work under him at a shop and I didn't like him too much but you can't argue with right. He cares about the integrity of his shop and there is nothing he can't fix with your car.
