Took my car in for a dent in my car. I was told 5 days for the repair and they finished in 2. Customer service was great. I was updated about anything that happened during the repair. Car looks brand new, cannot tell there was ever any damage and it was finished early. Great work!!!

I had an amazing experience at Gerber in Broken Arrow. Everyone was kind and professional. I had a pretty good scrape on my bumper and they had it fixed quickly and they did a great job. The paint was blended well and they even did a mini detail of my car!! It looked brand new. Thank you David and all the other people who helped me get my car done so quickly!

My car wasn’t accepted for repairs for two months. They keep lying about when my car will be ready and are taking forever to fix it. They can’t keep a schedule. When asked when it would be repaired, they said it would be ready on a specific day. A week later, still not ready. Ask for another estimate. They say next Friday, it’s still not done. Then they say the Monday after that. I don’t believe it will be ready on that day. It’s extremely frustrating when the damage occurred on May 26, and on August 12, my car still isn’t repaired. 😒 If you want your car repaired quickly, go somewhere else.

Make an appointment and they follow through. Good quality work. Third or fourth time I've had my cracked windshield replaced here via my insurance and they've been excellent every time. Nice couple of gals in the office made for some humorous conversation ,,,,, for me anyways while I waited.

After an accident my car was fixed at Gerber and they were amazing! I got a call twice a week to give me an update and everyone was so polite and helpful! They gave me a long estimate, just in case, but got my car back to me over a week earlier than expected! If anything happens to our family vehicles we will be taking them to Gerber.

So far so good! Car in still in repair. All of the staff have been extremely helpful and friendly. HIGHLY recommend. Besides good service, there was a very kind gentleman. My daughter found the candy dispensers in the back of their office but I explained to my toddler I did not have a quarter, and he asked me if he could offer her his quarter. Small acts like that tell me he/they are really good people.

I cannot extol the virtues enough of the Gerber collision team! From getting an estimate to the final result, I could not be happier with the work. Special props to Candie (sp?) at the front desk, Brent, and Dave the manager for going above and beyond what was required. A few weeks after I had my car repaired, I had a dash warning light concerning my third brake light. I called to ask if it was related. Dave asked me to bring it by so they could take a look even though it was unrelated. Brent met me at the door and took it to the technician. They offered to fix it for me anyway! I highly recommend the Freeport location!

If I could give zero stars to this business, I would in a heartbeat. They refused to do my estimate and my undercarriage estimate because they will not put your car on a lift without being scheduled for repairs. Then how may I ask do you get a freaking estimate? This is a terrible business, and I’ve never heard of such remarks. An estimate is an estimate no matter if you have to go under the carriage under the hood, the exterior it’s an estimate. Stay away from this business.

I recently had the pleasure of having my vehicle serviced at Gerber Collision and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. The technician, William Towry, was incredibly skilled and attentive to every detail. The estimator, Samantha Bradford, was also fantastic. She was friendly, professional and provided a detailed explanation of the repairs needed and the cost. The body work on my vehicle is flawless and I couldn't be happier. Set an appointment up using their website. Was called immediately to be told that appointment wasn’t available and would have to be pushed back. That’s not a problem and is common in this case. Two weeks later upon arriving at the shop, was told the other insurance has to write an estimate before they do anything. Wasn’t called the day before to go over this, and it wasn’t even mentioned when we spoke on the initial call. Was only taking my car there because they are “specialists” in working on my specific vehicle. Not worth it and will be taking my business, as you should, elsewhere!

So I forgot to update this review. They called rented me car so I could get to work and fixed the issue I had. These guys are completely awesome. 3 weeks to get my car back. Tpms sensor goes out literally 2 minutes into my test drive. When I go to work the next day I notice there's oscillating noise from the side of the suspension they worked on.

Unfortunately I've had to use Gerber twice, and each time my car has come back it looks like it has never been in an accident. I work in quality control so I know details, especially when it comes to my car. :-) They do the best body and paint work that I've ever seen. The staff are friendly, professional, and make you feel at ease in a time of stress. I really can't recommend them enough!!! 8/29/2023 Had to use Gerber again. And just like my previous experience Gerber just did an excellent job, in a timely manner. They are professional and do great work. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else. The Gerber team have the best customer service. Just want to thank them for going above my expectations.

Had some hail damage on my car and my insurance recommended Gerber so I decided to go to them to get it fixed. I read some reviews but didn’t do a ton of research now I wish I would have read more reviews. Very disappointed with the whole process. The communication was awful! I was told that I would be updated on my car’s status every Tuesday & Thursday. Never received an update unless I called and initiated it. I know they had my number and could call me because they were able to call me when it was time to pick up my car. They had my car for six weeks! Originally it was supposed to be around 4 weeks but they kept postponing my pick up date. Finally got to pick up my car and when I was going over it I found chips on my windows and my windshield which they had replaced was not properly sealed. After convincing the manager that the window chips weren’t there when I dropped my car off six weeks earlier, they replaced them and fixed the windshield. I’m giving two stars because some of the employees were very kind but I would not recommend Gerber Collision to anyone.

I took my car there for a relatively minor repair covered by insurance. Christina was helpful and nice throughout the whole proces. She called with updates several times and also took my rental car for check-In. Repair looks good. No complaints. Great job. Highly recommend.
