spent thousands of dollars for them to work on my M and it was returned scuffed and interior door skid plates had been damaged, dimples in leather where they obviously placed parts inside the vehicle while working on and nothing was said! 🤬. I am extremely disappointed in these guys as I really trusted them! I just wish you could go somewhere and people took care of your things like you do and we’re honest like you. Mistakes happen, just tell me but don’t act like they didn’t happen and wait for me to find on my own after the fact!!!! I will never go back. And actually because it’s so hard to find someone to work on these cars it’s made me feel like it’s not worth the trouble of owning one. 😭

Extremely knowledgeable.. I should’ve listened to them & had them do the work. I went cheap & OMG.... It’s a nightmare now. Embarrassing to have to go back hat in hand & hope they will be willing to fix the issue. Essentially... trust them & learn from my mistake. Hope this helps other BMW owners.

Recently had my fuel injector replaced on my BMW. Took it to the shop for the work. They advised me which part number injector to purchase based off what they diagnosed. They advised me they consulted BMW of North America as well and insured that this part was the correct part. I was still having issues after I picked up the car once they had repaired it. I was out of town and took it to another BMW mechanic where they advised me that the injector that was installed was not the correct one and their systems were able to detect this immediately and they performed the work so I had to pay twice for the same job. When I went back to the other shop. And advised them of what happened they said that since you supplied the part we cannot do anything even though this was based off the information that they provided. I don't feel like this is the best way to perform business they should have right and they're wrong I would advise not to go to the shop.

Never will I do business with richard again!! I took my mercedes there to get a diagnostic ( I had it diagnosed at pep boys already) I took it to German auto for a 2nd diagnosis. My car was knocking and had jumped timing. Instead of richard telling me that he fixed bearings charged me $650 then told me he couldn't fix my problem that I need to go to the dealership or replace my engine. Now to add insult to injury after I told him it would be several days until I could pick up my car ( my wife and I work 12 hr shifts couldn't get there until an off day) he let the air out of my tire and said you got a flat. He pumped the tire up and it has stayed pumped up since...Richard you know what you did was trifling and I would never recommend any patronizing your business...my personal experience with you was horrible man and I hope you read this cause this is the honest truth!!!

These guys are out to take people's money and don't care about fixing the problem I asked them to fix (it running hot) they don't know what they are doing. They start fixing random stuff without letting me know. Would find another mechanic.

I have been using German Automotives for about 4-5 years now. Typically, I will take my BMW in 2, maybe 3 times a year for routine checkups and for engine repairs. Not once have I had any problems with their professionalism or quality of work. Initially, their competitive prices are what lured me in to using them. Kevin and Richard are great guys to work on your vehicle. They have been working on my BMW 528i now for 5 or 6 years. They are very trustworthy and professional. They will not scam females that do no know any better. They make the repairs in a timely manner and when promised. I call them my extended family, because they make me feel like family. They are the best when it comes to working om BMWs.

I can NOT brag on these people enough for the excellent service they have provided for my BMW. Richard is always so courteous, professional, and very direct with the issues (PRICES) with my car. I had to take my Mercedes to German Automotive for an issue, and I just want to say how impressed I was with their service. I think many women can relate to that unspoken fear of going into a car shop and not being taken seriously or being worried someone might take advantage but that was absolutely not the case here. Even though the issue ended up being something only a dealership could handle, they still took the time to help diagnose the problem and walk me through everything. They clearly care more about people than profit, and that kind of honesty and integrity means everything. I will absolutely be going back to them for any future repairs they’re able to take on.
