I had a great first experience at Gonzalez and sons! They were super professional and transparent with my vehicle needs. I was very nervous when I got there because going to a mechanic isn’t fun for females, we usually feel like we are being over charged. But the team there was so transparent and patiently explained everything to me. The pricing was very fair and I left feeling comfortable and confident that I got a good deal and that my car was fixed. I’m definitely going to them for all my car needs going forward. 1000% recommend!

Gonzalez replaced the regulator, which fixed my malfunctioning rear, car window. The process was easy, he was totally professional, and the price was totally reasonable…… I have not one complaint and all compliments…. Very Nice guy and I’ll certainly call upon Gonzalez again, when needed. I work from home so, and by him coming to me to do the repair, it made it so easy…I didn’t miss a beat…lol. Friendly staff and workers, it’s a well organized place and they have plenty of workers that can get every job you need done as I was told by one of the workers there. They take care of you as soon as you walk in, they are informative and got all my questions answered they work pretty fast depending on the job you need done. I got a job done there in an hour and I was outta there in less time that I thought, it’s been almost two days and so far so good. Oil changes are cheap and super fast, I recommended the place.

This is probably the worst car shop in America. After multiple appointments and multiple visits to the shop he was finally able to try to fix the issue with my A/C which the owner had told me was a certain piece i had already spent a couple of hundred bucks on to get, he starts removing my dashboard and carelessly breaks it into a million pieces to then tell me it’s something else that needs to be replaced and doesn’t even have the decency to apologize for ruining my dashboard . The worst service and the most unprofessional shop i have ever been to in my life. I really don’t understand how he’s even able to keep his business running after seeing how he works. Please don’t ever bring you’re car here, you will be doing yourself an injustice. I would put zero stars if i could.

I clearly told this mechanic that the work on my car would be on the front and rear wheels. He gave me a price. It was $30 less than what a regular shop charges, so I agreed to let him do the work. When he finished the job, he tried to charge me double, saying the amount was only for the front. It's better to take the car to a regular shop and avoid a bad experience, even if you pay a few dollars more.

Gonzalez & Sons, Hey Everyone! If you want work done to the fullest and a job well ✔️done! This business is trust worthy and hands down most amazing people you will ever meet! They will make it right and not allow you to take your car without a Job well done! Not only that Gonzales told me to go over to my car and take a photo of inside the box. There was alot more then a a/c repair as you see in the box. This crew of people will bless you by their honest opinion and if they take long they certainly will be sure you leave happy! When you are trying to be as patient as possible. Not once did they get irritated and give me a hard time. They answered all my phone calls and texts and updated me in everything they did to make sure they gave 💯% customer service!

Called about getting my brakes looked at, answered immediately and told me I could bring my car in asap!! Thank goodness because my brake pads were GONE (see pics…LOL). When we pulled up my car was checked out right then and there, and he let me know an estimate within 10 minutes. Amazing. Super transparent and trustworthy, let me know about other fixes my car could use and didn’t make me feel pressured (i’m a woman and going to the auto shop stresses me out so bad). Threw in an oil change too for a great price as well. Overall the value and quality you get is amazing, as well as the communication and service. Everyone is very nice and I’m so relieved that i was able to get my car looked at and repaired same day. I highly recommend!!!!

Very poor professionalism and communication. The first time I used them, it took several days for them to show up after repeated promises. When they finally did, they couldn’t even finish the job and had to come back, which took two more days. I still gave them a second chance for another repair, and it was worse. For days I was told they were coming, I kept waiting, and they never showed up at all. Being unreliable once is bad, but twice shows a clear lack of professionalism. I definitely do not recommend their services.

Alex Gonzalez very knowledgeable mechanic identified that the wrong parts were sold to me by AutoZone. He then identified the correct parts as gone and got the parts before leaving the store. Check to make sure what they had in the box matched what was needed further identified they gave him the wrong parts in the box have confirmed to have the right parts is on his way back to do the replacement on a Saturday morning here in Kissimmee. I would highly highly recommend utilizing Alex Gonzales mobile auto repair. No markup on the parts, his labor and travel time and everything well worth it
