Would not do business with him again. Did not run an actual diagnostic on my car just assumed what was wrong. Ended up doing a repair I didn’t need for $200 and still didn’t fix the issue and quoted me $600 for more repairs I didn’t need.

Last day of our family vacation today and 30 mins after my son left to go back the college in Jacksonville, he called to let me know his car was over heating. After attempts to have a local shop replace the water pump, I stumbled on RPM mobile mechanic. Yosef assured me that he would get it replaced today but it would be a few hours since he had two calls ahead of me. His communication was excellent which helped me calm my anxiety and when he showed up, he introduced himself and assured me that he would get it done. He had to remove the alternator just to get to the water pump but about an hour later he was done and stayed until we ran it a while to make sure it was working then my son was on his way back to college. Btw he honored his initial estimate on the phone even though it involved more work. I compensated him more than what he quoted me because he did a great job and he saved us. The important thing was that he didn't do a bait n switch that I have experienced before. I live two hours away from Orlando myself and will gladly pay a trip charge to have him come work on my other cars. Thank you so much Yosuf! A very thankful dad
