It was great only waited an hour for my tires. Justyn Becker was great guy.He told what I needed and he suggested that I needed a third tire. I didn’t know I needed a he let me know. That I did for my safety. It felt like he really cared for me. I grabbed his business card just in case I need to to speak to him about my car care.

They are very kind and efficient people. Replaced 4 tires in a very short time. They also helped me to figure out if the roadside hazard coverage includes Canada. I think they really did an excellent job in accommodating customers. Not only skillful but they are all very good communicators. Cheers.

An employee was bringing my truck around after getting new tires. Cut the turn too short and scraped the bed of my truck on the corner of the building. I was told an insurance claim would be made. After 5 days I contacted the insurance company which I found on the corporate website only to find out a claim hadn’t been made. Once the claim was in everything was smooth. I would think after damaging someone’s vehicle a follow up call or a discount on a future service would be offered. I called initially to speak to the general manager and was told he wasn’t available but then heard whoever answered the phone ask if he wanted to talk to me. He did , but why would whoever answered the phone try to deceive me if he didn’t want to take the call. Will never return to this center for service.

I recently went in to get an alignment done on my car. Not only was I able to get in without an appointment, but we were in and out in under an hour. I had to bring the car back because it was still pulling to the right, but Brian got me in right away and fixed me up in under 30 minutes and didn't charge me any extra. First time here and I will definitely recommending others to this location!

This is my favorite Good Year in Topeka. Everyone is so kind and helpful. I particularly love Lee. He goes above and beyond. They are reasonably priced and even have a military discount on services. It is also pretty easy to get an appointment. I trust them to work on my vehicle and have been going here since 2019.

On a 7000 mile road trip and started losing tire pressure on the highway. Rolled into this Goodyear 1.5 hours before close. Tegan, Timothy and (Jim, Linn- didn’t catch the name) were super helpful. They found the problem, fixed it getting us on the road again half an hour after closing time. They were courteous, professional and cheerful. It did a lot to alleviate our stress. I had a problem with my tire that got pushed back after an accident on the icy roads. I called and Hunter gave me a quote in less then 5 minutes with all of the possible things that could be wrong. We were traveling cross country when we experienced an unexpected mechanical issue in Topeka. We arrived at Goodyear at 8 AM on Saturday morning and were greeted by James the assistant service manager who promptly connected us to Lynn the store manager. Lynn quickly diagnosed the issue, ordered the parts and we were in and out of there in less than two hours. This was critical as we were expected to be in Denver by nightfall. I highly recommend this facility for their professionalism and customer service.

The prices are outrageous and they are extremely dishonest. I have given them 2 separate chances, one with my car battery/tire issues, and one with my car oil. When I first got my battery replaced they charged me $300 and some change, then told me there was nothing wrong with my tire. They blew up my tire and I left extremely unhappy at the battery prices. A day passed and my tire pressure was extremely low again, so obviously there was something wrong with my tire. 3 months ago they checked the oil in my car and said I had none, so they made me pay for a full oil change, but they didn't even change my sticker. Then when I asked what the issue could have been they didn't even tell me any legitimate possible answers. 3 months later (now) I have no oil in my car again and I don't think I will go back to this location.

Absolutely terrible. I brought my car here 3 times in a month and was charged a diagnostic fee every time. Every time I brought my car in it took them multiple days to simple get it back to me and each time I went they told me there was a different thing that was wrong, charging me 4-500$ on top of the 190$ diagnostic all 3 times. Do not recommend to anyone.

Tegan took extra time to help us get our new credit card info so we could use it for the new purchase. Good, honest work I’ve come to trust over several years with all the family’s vehicles. At other shops in Topeka, folks try to upsell unnecessary repairs under the assumption that their customers won’t know any better. This does not happen at Goodyear on Croix- they tell you what you need, when you need it, or if something can wait they will tell you that too, understanding that customer money doesn’t grow on trees.

I went in for an oil change and they damaged the engine oil cap. They also didn't tell me about it. I only noticed it nearly a month later when I had to get a new accessory belt put in ( by somebody that didn't damage my car). These people will damage your vehicle and then neglect to tell you about it. Never coming back here and you shouldn't either.

I have been a customer of the South Topeka store on Croix Avenue since moving to Topeka in May, 1985. They are always honest, professional, and very clear if something needs to be done during the initial inspection. I trust their judgment more than I trust most dealerships. Whether it's just an oil change or a combination of services on one of our 4 vehicles, the products and services are top notch. If they weren't, I would contact the store manager, but I never have had to do that.
