This is a bit of a late review, however I brought my car in to Hebert’s because I had a nail in my tire and in a short 15 minutes my tire was fixed AND it was completely free of charge! This is by far one of the better tire shops I’ve been to in the city of Lafayette. Will definitely be going back if I ever need a tire fix.

Professional, genuine, and most importantly HONEST. Best experience I have ever had with a mechanic by far. And this is coming from someone who went in for a tire alignment and ended having to get my lower ball joints and sway bars replaced. Even after spending way more than I was expecting, I didn't feel for one second that I was being taken advantage of or fooled. These guys are the real deal from the top down. Jason (Owner) and Tony were great up front and the mechanics I spoke to in the back were also great. Got me situated in a timely fashion and on the road in no time, and even helped me out with the final cost when they could have easily not done that. I will be coming to this shop for any and all of my vehicle needs from here on out, no questions asked. Thank you guys for the amazing service.

I went today just to check the air in my tires. As usual they jumped right on it and I was out in minutes. I have used Hebert’s for oil changes, tire rotations, etc. Great service and reasonably priced. Amazing experience! Mr. Jason and Mr. Tony took my car in without an appointment and did something other shops said they couldn’t! They installed tires that I ordered online AND they did an accurate alignment on my Jaguar - something most shops wouldn’t even try to touch when I asked! My vehicle drives like-new again, and I am satisfied! The facility is clean and both of these guys were extremely professional and courteous. I look forward to doing more business here! This is definitely a great spot, check them out!

I experienced air loss in one of my tires and had previously taken my vehicle to Giles for inspection during normal maintenance. Initially, I was told there were no issues with the tire. A month later, after having to revisit, I was informed that a nail had punctured it, necessitating the purchase of two new tires—one for the nail and the other to ensure even wear. I requested a patch for the tire since my upcoming tire replacement fell under the tires-for-life program, but I was told it couldn't be patched for safety reasons. This seemed convenient for them, as it meant the tire program wouldn't have to cover the cost. I was then informed that the tires were out of stock and would take 2-3 days to arrive. Unsatisfied with this response, I decided to visit Hebert Tire & Auto. With my tire losing air rapidly, I needed a solution, even if it meant purchasing a new tire. At Hebert Tire & Auto, I was welcomed by friendly and eager staff who quickly found the screw in my tire and confirmed that it could be patched! Their team is both knowledgeable and reliable. They took the time to thoroughly explain the problem and what options were available. My tire was patched promptly, and I was back on the road safely! I stopped here because I needed a oil change & was asked if I wanted to add tire rotation. I said yes when I absolutely should have said NO. I had a horrible vibration filled ride home & now I am at Discount Tires getting them to correct what this company messed up. Balance is completely thrown off & now alignment is off as well. Why ask me for 1 additional service to gain an extra $28 payment & NOT offer the other services needed along with it??????

I've recently had two experiences at Hebert's where I sent my mom then my wife, both times we have been extremely happy with our visit. Their pricing seems honest and affordable. Their work seems reliable and quick. I will keep going back. As a bonus my girls like the dog in the lobby lol.
