Have never had a service person talk me into doing less work before these guys . Very knowledgeable and friendly. Some complain about their high hourly rate, but you get what you pay for. They dealt with my warranty company like a boss saving me $$ how can I not like them.

Absolutely horrible service and communication. They in no way care about they're customers time or money or if the problem is resolved. That is why I will never bring my vehicle here again. Not even for an oil change. I wouldn't recommend this joke of a service department to my worst enemy.

I made an online appointment to fix a door issue with my wife's 2015 Chevy Traverse. She had rain leaking in her drivers door during a storm. When I arrived for the appointment, I was ignored coming in the door for the first 5 minutes. They had another customer, but a "I'll be with you as soon as I can" would be nice. Then after some confusion about whether I even had an appointment, I was asked what the issue was. As soon as I said the words "door leak" my appointment was abruptly canceled. I was basically told this: "We have a third-party that does that work, they only work on Mondays, it may be a few Mondays before we can get you in. You'll have to leave your car all day and we charge $130 just to look at it. My scheduler is down right now so I can't make you an appointment. Call back later to make ANOTHER appointment. Sorry." A total waste of my time, considering I MENTIONED THE DOOR LEAK WHEN I MADE THE ONLINE APPOINTMENT. I had a distinct feeling that I was not respected as a customer, and they could care less if I walked. Maybe I didn't look like their "preferred customer" but my money is green just like everybody else and I will be spending it elsewhere from now on.

I went to this particular location for a recall matter. Although the gentlemen that was in the service department who helped me was awesome, when I returned because they techs that did the recall damaged my back window tint, I went to have them make it right. I called the initial place that I had my tint done at, it was 200.00 dollars to replace. The service manager told me that he would not use them cause the price was "ripping them off", said I will get in contact with you for the people we use and set up an appointment to have it replaced. But prior tried to say there was no way that "his people" did it because of the location, but ypu can see where the scratched the front windshield plus the back and can see tiny holes. Never received a call back. I'm really disappointed because I trust them with my stuff. And in return I got shewed away. Decided not to make things right. So I'm out 200.00 dollars. The picture with my fingers as a measurement is were they scratched the windshield. All the dots are scratched holes on the back window.

If I could give this place a 0 I would. This is the worst car dealership I have ever been to in my life. I bought my car from here, and the sales department is amazing. I brought it in to the service department to have work done, and they told me my pcv valve was clogged and all they needed to do was replace it. That in itself took a week. When I finally was able to pick my car up, the check engine light was on. It wasn’t prior to the visit. I left the same night after they told me to bring it back whenever I could. As I left that night, I went to merge onto the highway and my car would not even accelerate. The screen on the dash said “Service ESC” I took the car back and waited another 2-3 days for it. I picked it up once again, and the check engine light was back on and this time it said “Engine power reduced”. Finally I picked it up a final time and the car has been running fine ever since. This is by far the worst service I’ve ever experienced. I was not updated on the progress of the car at all unless I called first. Terrible customer service, no communication, and terrible mechanics.

Started out ok, but then I go to have a tire plugged, a recommendation by the clerk on 7/30 One week later my sensor on the front driver side tire the one I got plugged( displays on my panel) is not reading the tire pressure. I returned and had to wait another week for appointment.On 8/17 I am told it's not the tire that iit s not reading the back sensor and it cost 260.00. My SUV was reading everything until I came for the plug. Now they say it's battery the sensor battery is to low to reset sensor because I declined to pay. Now I am leaving and guess what, none of the tires are showing on the panel screen. Time to change dealerships I am leaving without the service. All these dealerships they see women coming they see bank they always come to us with all these things and doing things to make us have to constantly repair something like we get a punishment since we don't let the man come bring the car

I wasn’t happy when I brought my car in for service and get my shifter fixed! They forgot to put the oil cap on ! So I had oil all over my car! They were supposed to wash my car! Nope just the area where the oil was! :(

Well when I first got there the Manager checked me in, then passed me off to Todd, then I had questions since Todd was working with another customer that wasn't on the schedule he had just walked in and wanted to talk to Todd. So when I went to Todd to ask my question, he said I'm sorry I'm working with a customer i said what do I look like? Low and behold it was the man who didn't have an appt. As to I had. Then after Todd was finished with the walk in he answered my question however he pointed out that the new man was my service writer, Todd said both of them handed you to me? I said yes. Not too mention the service writer female. They all put me with Todd. So Todd was pissed and I felt it. He took it out on the wrong person I hadn't done anything but I had to deal with the attitude. I understood why he was angry but again I didn't do it. I asked for a manager. He did discount me at $44 and allowed me to keep my rewards. That's the only reason I gave a 3 if that wasn't done it would have been 1. What I found out that everyone that I had talk to kept pushing me on Todd instead of assisting me. And Todd was throwing me back. I guess the walk in was much more important to him than a schedule customer.

Stellar experience at Hertrich Chervolet of Dover DE. All employees are courteous and polite attending to customer's needs and requests. Vehicle was delivered in clean conduction. Recommendation to current and prospective customers to make an appointment for service. I received exemplary service from Hertrich Chevrolet of Dover DE with respect to my recent appointment at the service department. The service manager graciously greeted me and provided the status of my repair order. The technician who performed the order was Chris P. All requested items were completed with excellence. The vehicle performs as if it is brand new. My order included two tires, front and rear brake service, replacement of TPMS sensors, oil change, and wheel alignment. I am very pleased with the outcome and will return to Hertrich Chevrolet for all automotive related matters. My initial service advisor was Blake Holman, who communicated with me during the interval. Tony Hall, lead service advisor, was very helpful providing advice on best practices. The service manager fulfilled my invoice with a genuine concern as to the customer’s satisfaction. I highly appreciate the attention I received at this visit. The customer service representative in the payment section was courteous and respectful. All inquiries were addressed adequately with care and knowledge. As always, my encounter was pleasant and successful. All work was done right the first time! Please rate all employees 100% in their duties, they have earned this score.
