Our car horn was not working properly. We left the car on a Thursday afternoon & when we called Monday afternoon, the car had not been started. The gentleman said that it was taking longer as part of the steering wheel would have to be replaced & would have to purchase via dealer. This would take a few more days as the request had not been made! I decided to pick up the car as it was imperative to get it fixed quickly. I took it to the mechanic I usually use the next day and he was able to fix it that same day. It did not require the part that Hi-Tech indicated. It was nothing more than a sensor. Hi-Tech quoted a price of $295 to start, the other mechanic charged me $195!! Now am thinking that Hi-Tech had not looked at the car when they quoted me a price & were only guessing. I chose Hi-Tech this time because they were closer than my regular mechanic. I will not go there again. We wasted lots of time.

Amazing business! Owner is very nice and gave me a great price. Had to replace the timing chain on my truck. Every place I called or took it to was nearly double. The technicians also spotted a few other things that were getting a little wore out and got them repaired. They also spent the time to visually show me. They went above and beyond, Highly recommended.

Best mechanic in central El Paso. Always get a good deal on repairs and when they work on my car, issues are actually fixed! I use to go from mechanic to mechanic, but over the last 10 years haven't haven't had to look elsewhere. The owner Hassan is an incredibly kind and sensible man, I drive here from Socorro whenever my car needs a checkup because there's no one else I trust. He is always honest and prices things fairly, if you are ever unsure about getting car stuff done because you're scared a mechanic will lie to you I suggest you come here for peace of mind. One thing though, I feel that the bad reviews come from people who are attended by the employees and not the owner, I've had unsatisfactory results from some of the other mechanics but never Hassan, so make sure to get serviced by him if possible.

I love the work and the mechanics are awesome and my buddy gets the job done on time and I don't have to worry about it or stress and most of all it's affordable and done in a timely manner. This is the best place to trust and to take your car too. I've been to plenty of Mexican shops in El Paso. And because I'm a foreigner, I've trusted more foreign shops that are run by a boss that's from a foreign country, not Mexico. So I've never been screwed over or ripped off like plenty of other Mexican shops in El Paso who try to rip you off. I want to have my own shop one day so I'm learning a lot from this guy and most of all I always help people with their cars as well on the side it's a hobby until I get really good. I've had no issues with the shop or the mechanics. Very professional. Very polite. Great deals and most of all affordable. I wish I could give them 10 Stars for review. Best shop in El Paso!
