Rachel Porter greeted me with a smile. Without hurrying me, she asked what I needed. Because the check-engine light had come on, I answered that I needed to correct it. Rachel noted the problem, asked several pertinent questions, maintaining a pleasant professional attitude and manner. She entered my demographic information and, upon giving me her business card, said she would call once the problem(s) were identified. She offered and came through with a courtesy van to take me home (which would later fetch me back to Midlands Honda once the car was repaired). The courtesy van was driven by Ken, who had come forward to help me originally, in support of Rachel. Indeed Rachel called me with an estimate. I approved. Responding to her call several hours, later I returned and got the same excellent, seamless service once more when I paid. All in all, a very fine customer experience. I would recommend Rachel to anyone who sought service at Midlands Honda

I have been unhappy with the service department for a very long time but this last experience may have changed my mind about them. Dave P. was my service advisor and both he and Ed (service director) worked very hard to ensure that I received the utmost in customer service. My service was completed promptly and they did not try to push extra repairs on me as I have experienced in the past! I'm always pleased to be able to find a Honda car dealership so close to where I live. Having recently moved from Delaware to South Carolina, Midlands Honda served that purpose without a doubt here in Columbia, SC. They have serviced my 2012 Honda Accord as it has reached its 150,000 mile plateau for a few necessary maintenance needs including, sparks plugs, valve adjustments, drive belt, brake flush, and CVT transmission service. My service advisors, Angela and Aixia, have both been totally gracious and delightful while providing excellent customer service to me. The work performed by the technicians have also been excellent through these last couple of months of service work as my vehicle is driving and performing wonderfully. My overall experience has been excellent here at Midlands Honda.

I had a earlier 10:30 appt but I missed it, yet I did a last minute drive through 4:40 pm at Midland Honda, Columbia. Got my Nissan Titan 2024 Truck front driver- side tire repaired, a nasty screw in it. Thanks to service advisor, Ivory, she was nice and customer service focus helping me. My advice, don't buy a beautiful used Truck without a Maintenance/Tire warranty.

We just purchased a 2026 Honda Pilot EXL just a few days ago, and the experience was absolutely fantastic! We come from a Toyota family and decide to look into Honda as from online it seem to us that Honda had way more features that were standard and the safety ratings were amazing! Even the finance manager (cluade) was amazing and worked with us to get into our new car!
