Fast, friendly and affordable. Needing to have your car towed for any reason is due usually to an already stressful situation, and the guys that helped us both over the phone to schedule the pick up and drivers that delivered our car were all very helpful, professional and friendly. Hopefully I will not be needing their services again any time soon, but if I ever do, they will be my first choice.

Needed help jump starting my car that hadn't been used in a while. The driver was on time and very professional. The battery was in such a poor condition that the electronics caused it to stop working a few minutes after the first jump start. So I needed help a second time within a half hour. The driver responded to my call quickly and got the battery going again. Kudos to the driver and the team! Keep up the good work!

These guys are VERY EXPERIENCED!!! Very professional, friendly and some of them are very hilarious and it sort of takes your mind off of your troubles!! Prices were extremely reasonable (actually reasonable does the best word for them..much much better than reasonable) will recommend this company to any and everyone. we were stuck over 30+ miles out and they did an effortless job for my husband and I. Job well done!!!!!

If I could give more then 5 stars I would. I'm actually shocked at the level of service I received. Came within the time promised. Driver was friendly, quick, professional. Rate was reasonable. Driver even left contact information at the repair shop so I received a call in the morning before I could contact the shop. Nice surprize! Thank you for making a unpleasant situation bearable. We are incredibly grateful for the exceptional service provided by Wade from Happy Hooker Towing Company. Our son and his friend found themselves stranded in the middle of Pennsylvania late at night bc of a flat tire and Wade was truly a guardian angel. Not only did he drive a great distance to meet them so he could tow their car, but he also treated them with such kindness and reassurance during what could have been a very stressful situation. After arriving at the car dealership, Wade went above and beyond by staying with the boys until their Uber arrived, ensuring they were safe and comfortable the entire time. It’s rare to come across someone so professional, compassionate, and genuinely caring. The gentleman from Hooker Towing was my hero. I was at Donutland and managed to lock myself out of my car with the keys and my phone in it. When the gentleman stopped at Donutland for donuts I asked him if he was a provider for my roadside assistance plan. He was not but unlocked my car and refused payment. Highly recommend

I called several places that were cheaper but had several in line. I needed a jump. It was about 11 pm and the guy said it was after hours so it was more. The advertisement said 24 hours So no after hours just an excuse to price gouge. I wouldn't have waited for the other truck but I pulled over for gas in an area I didn't feel comfortable. So the jump went ok. I assume this guy wasn't busy because the locals know they price gouge. Open 24 hours but charges after hour fee. Haha 24 hour restaurants don't charge after hour higher cost.

Our Infiniti QX50 overheated and left me and 2 16yr old girls stranded on the side of the highway in 40 degree weather. Hooker LLC- service was called from our insurance- Tim came out promptly. He was professional, and friendly. He made room in the truck for the girls and so we can be warm. We felt safe , he had the car loaded quickly and we were on our way. He remained professional and friendly the entire time, even when my insurance company sent us to a closed repair shop. He waited patiently to find another place, dtove an additional 30 min to drop the car there. But he also went out of his way to take me and my girls to a safe Motel, as we didn't know the area at all.He called a day later and said he had found my purse in his car and will bring it to the service station. I mean this guy is super honest, nice, and reliable. We were in such a jam, breaking down in an area we didn't know at 2am is very scary. Tim made sure not just the car, but we were safe. Thank you!
