I came to this place of business at 8:07 a.m. on Friday July 8th 2022 he had a customer I was being patient I sat there a whole hour once he was done he never acknowledged me I then acknowledged what I was there for okay I'll be with you in just a moment and started doing something else !this place is Racist do not go there!

My vehicle was shaking and the alignment was off so I took it to my friend at All pro muffler. He was honest as always and said he didn't have the machine but he knows a guy named Hoot who does a great job with alignments so I went to Hoot explained my problem and He looked at my vehicle tires and said your car tires is the problem the left front tire was messed up bad with knots in it or lumps. He suggested I get new front tires before an alignment and that may fix the problem. I went to Lee tire they replaced my cars tires this morning and now no more shaking and wheel going off right. My car drives great again and although Hoot didn't fixed on my vehicle I was grateful that he looked at my vehicle leaving me with helpful advice about my cars which in fact fixed the problem. THANK YOU HOOT

The guy who looked at my vehicle was nice. Supposedly my tie rods (right in and out and one in the back) needed to be replaced. Said he needed to talk to Hoot about how much it would be. He came back and told me $650. I was shocked. I said what if I bring the parts he left and asked Hoot and I was told $350!!!! They saw a young woman and thought I was dumb I guess... Needless to say I'll NEVER go back there again!

They did a great job doing an alignment for my 2011 Toyota Tacoma after I had my passenger side ball joint, CV axle shaft, and tie rods replaced. I'm surprised one of them stated that my trucks rear end has a problem which is making it go to the right somewhat when driving. I highly recommend this place! They know their stuff! Cool staff, and had a very good conversation with one of them!
