every staff I came in contact with was friendly! Charles Hop was the friendliest guy ever. He went out of his way to thoroughly explain to me what was wrong with my car and the best route to take to get it fixed. Once I bought the necessary part I had no choice but to come straight back here to get the work done by the way he helped me the first time! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Mr. Hop is the sweetest! I've never felt taken advantage of at this auto shop. Everyone is kind, polite, respectful, and helpful. They are usually very busy, but they're worth the wait. My only gripe is that they no longer do state inspections.

Went to receive an A/C repair and while the “cool” air blew lukewarm my floorboards also flooded and screwed my electrical components until the car was no longer working a week later. As I called to see if they’d fix the issue I was met with excuses about how I could’ve fixed it myself and it was my fault by Junior. Even when I payed to get it towed and looked at I was told nothing could be done because it wouldn’t start. After paying over 3k+ for everything still no actual help or fix. Do not recommend.
