I took my vehicle in as the rear tire was making noise. The staff was so professional and friendly. I opted to wait, was provided Wi-Fi which allowed me to work while I waited. Once they identified the problem, gave the option to allow them to fix it. Their prices are GREAT and they now have a new customer. I traveled 30 mins because of a recommendation and I will continue to travel to them. If you are coming here for reviews, trust me, you won't be disappointed.

Highly recommended! I had went to national tire and battery found out it was a nail in my tire. They told me they weren’t able to fix it and I’ll have to buy a used tire which was $90 plus the installation fee. I came here and the fixed my tire within minutes and they only charged me $10.

Been coming here since day one. Best mechanic I’ve ever had. Honest, affordable, super fast, trustworthy. My wife took her vehicle to a mechanic close to her job and they quoted her $1,700 for her A/C. In and out fixed the problem for $250, just needed a compressor after all. Peace of mind is priceless. PS, In and out is 30 miles from my house and the commute is well worth it. A+++++

Cheap and quick, without even a shadow of the pointless corporate up-charging you'd find at a more well-known shop. In my case, and several previously, it was a need for a cheap pair of tires. It was a price even my High School self could have afforded and took only tens of minutes and utterly respectful staff. Tires off, rims swapped, into a water barrel to check for leaks, then installed; easily my first choice for tires.

I got two new headlights put in today and they did a great job. They're always friendly, my headlights were installed properly and in a timely manner. I thought I knew how all the headlight controls worked but I didn't and Jacob helped me out and was very informative. Just met Joseph and his brother Jacob and these guys are phenomenal. They are very fair and reasonable on their pricing and they went above and beyond in their diagnosis on my 2015 Corolla exceeding my expectations of a simple scan tool check. They ran through an emissions check and combed the engine for vaccum leaks took off hoses and cleaned the throttle body.... this is the type of place you go to once and then never go anywhere else!!!

These people broke my mother’s hose under the hood that connects to her windshield fluid and are refusing to fix it. INSTEAD they want to charge her $140 for THEIR mess up. It gets worse! When she left, they didn’t even properly close her hood!! How are these people working on vehicles???? Crazy work. Don’t go here unless you want to be scammed.

I brought my vehicle to In‑N‑Out Auto Service with a clear diagnostic code that had nothing to do with ignition components, yet the owner immediately pushed new spark plugs and wires without doing any real testing or addressing the actual issue. To make things worse, the very next day my serpentine belt and tensioner failed — maybe coincidence, maybe not, but it definitely raises questions about the quality of the work and attention to detail. If you want a shop that actually diagnoses problems instead of guessing and upselling, look somewhere else.

2nd review! 9/5/24 We went in today to get a tire. Pulled up, tire popped on, we pulled out, all within less than 15 minutes. The's guys are doing it right!! ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Went to get a In and Out for sure! Came in with a nail in my sidewall, they were able to take me right in, fix and rotate for a VERY fair price. Super nice folks, I am highly satisfied and I will return when I have future tire issues.
