Terrible business practices. Installer was negligent and careless, using a razor blade to cut wires which resulted in cutting important wires to the engine resulting in hundreds if dollars in repairs. To make it worse ABQ fleet services takes the invoice, lying to to me saying he, Greg, will submit it to Intoxilock to start a claim for some reimbursement. However Greg at ABQ fleet services was dishonest claiming it was Intoxilock’s responsibility when it turns out it is ABQ fleet services obligation to address the invoice. I placed a formal complaint to Intoxilock against ABQ fleet services in hopes they get their contract with Intoxilock pulled. I highly recommend to avoid ABQ Fleet services for your required interlocking device, DO NOT ALLOW THEM TO TOUCH YOUR CAR…. There is not a negative rating so i have to give a star in order to post this but just to clarify it is a negative star review

Too expensive not the installation mechanic but the intoxalox company! I had to change my battery and it caused a lock out and they still charged me 80.00. This happened twice. As well all know the whole dwi court system is a scam run by crooks! It's not about public safety but making money!

Greg Abeyta Is very unprofessional I told him that I was going to quit on Wednesday I went in on Friday to pick up my check he refused to pay me. He told me he wasn’t gonna pay me until I’ve finished his brothers transmissions work I already quit the shop he is holding my check and told me I wasn’t going to get paid unless I finish his brothers transmission. He haven’t even ordered the part for the transmission yet and wants me to come in and finish it when it does I’ve already been waiting two weeks for the part And it’s still not here to work on it the transmission has nothing to do with my paycheck that he’s withholding I don’t work at his shop and he’s trying to force me to come there and work and finish this job I am filing a complaint with the department of labor and the Better Business Auto Techs and customers please beware of this guy

I am a customer of this place. This business knows how to run a business. From hearing about what other places charge, they are hands down the most inexpensive. Face it. They don't have to be reasonably priced bc people NEED their services. They are efficient, proficient, super professional, so friendly, kind and all of the things that a person appreciates when they have to deal with something as embarrassing as an interlock. 👍🏻

This place is a joke. Overpriced and starting next year the price of your calibration is going up to 40 bucks. Greedy ducks! The lady in the front is rude every time I come in. She acts like doing her job is such an inconvenience to her day. The husband who did the install of my breathalyzer also fried my fuses and messed up my electrical system. I'm assuming on purpose to generate funds for his mechanic shop. I would highly recommended going elsewhere for your breathalyzer needs.

Very shady place! . STAY AWAY dont be another victim of this company. I show up for my appointment and its a Tattoo shop and a interlock install shop? That should have been my first sign to walk away. This company is contracting random places to install your interlock. They pulled my car in and “started” the install when i finally got the link to fill out the agreement for my interlock i looked over the agreement and theres are so may new fees and charges. the lady at the desk cant answer any of my questions about this agreement and says i need to call intoxslock? I instantly tell them im not signing this agreement and to not install the interlock. They say they’ve already started the install and i that the account is already active?? How if i haven't agreed to anything yet. I end up having to pay $140 to get my vehicle back. Mind you they only had it in the back more than 10 MINUTES! On my receipt it states “half way through installation” but was quoted 3 hours to complete install? How was 10 minutes half way?
