Called for a box truck tow, lady said it would be an hour, hour passed called for eta, john said I wasn't answering my phone??? What number are you dialing? Of course lady got my number wrong by one digit. No big deal started process all over and come to find out they don't have a truck to tow mine but did John call me to tell me that no I was called by another tow company Thanks John

Isn’t it just great when GEICO tells you to take your car somewhere and they don’t know how to fix it?! Isn’t it even greater when a vehicle wrecks your front bumper and the shop doesn’t say anything about it? How about if the car takes 3 weeks longer (5 weeks total) than it’s suppose to and IT’S STILL NOT FIXED. I’m never giving these people any of my vehicles ever again and I will be taking them to court for the negligence, lost wages, and vandalism of my car that took place on their property. DO NOT LISTEN TO GEICO AND DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. UPDATE: Check out every 5 star review and check out every 1 star review. The owner obviously pays for these reviews since they are only replying to 5 star reviews. This company is a scam. PLEASE DO NOT USE!!! Hope the owner liked my review getting over 3000 views. Hope you go out of business!

I called for a tow for multiple vehicles and was willing to pay their expensive price and they said they were sending a driver to us and no one showed up three hours later We’re still waiting for them when they said 1 hour and now we have to do everything ourselves. Do not recommend going with this towing company unless you want to be waiting on the side of the road for hours for them not to show up. And not answer the 10 phone calls I’ve made.

I just want to let you all know how fantastic John and discount towing My husband went to get gas on the way to work and his car wouldn't restart. My husband was stressed about leaving the car but had to get to work. It is my day off but I am home with a toddler so it was a stressful moment for both of us as my husband asked if I could get it sorted while he ubered to work. I called and John showed up in 30 minutes as promised to get the car. He delivered to our house and was so kind and did some impressive driving to get the car back in the drive. I am so grateful at how easy it all was. I didn't realize y'all offered roadside assistance but will definitely be calling to see if y'all can help get the car started again. Thank you!

Overpriced like almost double what it was a few years ago. Spent 165 to get half way across town to the repair shop. Was fast and on time but not worth the money. You can rent a uhaul trailer for way cheaper if you need to take your car somewhere

Wow, I just called to get my car towed, it was stolen. The dude on the phone was beyond rude. I couldn't even get to the point of telling him what was going on before he started insulting me. Horribly unprofessional, do NOT recommend.

If all you need is a tow and you don’t mind paying a ridiculous amount, this company may be fine. But I would definitely discourage from using them if you need anything else. Customer service is below the most horrible. Our truck was broken into the day after we flew out of abq for thanksgiving week. We had used a park & stay hotel (also would not recommend doing that) and got a call that a window had been broken on our truck. We were out of the country and didn’t have any option besides to have the truck towed and stored for the week. My husband made a few calls to try and find someone who would store the vehicle in an indoor space since we had a wide open broken window. J & M said they could do this so we went with them. My husband asked if picking the car up after hours on a Sunday evening would be would possible since that was when our flight arrived and we live 3 hours from the airport and had to be home for work Monday morning. He was told that we just needed to give dispatch a call earlier in the day to arrange the pickup so someone could meet us. So fast forward to Sunday when we are traveling home. My husband calls dispatch a few times and can’t get anyone to answer. Finally gets someone on the phone (not who he originally spoke with) and they said no we couldn’t pick it up that night. That was annoying, but we couldn’t really do much about it and we understood it was maybe not in the norm, although they had said they would when we arranged the tow. So we rented a car at the airport and drove home that night. The next day we have to get our rental car back to the airport so my husband calls J&M to inform them we are heading in from 3 hours away to get our truck. We are told we need to be there by 4:30 or we can’t get it. So we make arrangements at work and leave early to go get our truck. We get there to find it has been stored outside in a lot for the week. At this point, my husband is pretty frustrated. He asks to speak to the manager who refuses to even HEAR that someone told us it would be stored inside. Zero conversation or accepting that someone may have misinformed or even that there could have been a miscommunication. He straight said “you’re lying” to my husband. Why would we have made that up?? In the end, it cost us $600 to have our car towed 5 miles, stored for 6 nights outside with no window, the additional cost of a rental car, and 6 extra hours of driving. If this company had just been honest and delivered what they promised on the phone, even just the indoor storage, we would have been fine with it all. But two “promises” not kept, a manager that is yelling at my husband that HE is lying about what he was told over the phone, and an astronomical price, I’d take my business anywhere but here.
