Honest and fair in price. The Mercedes dealership in knoxville on the other hand, stay away from. After dealing with the rude and misogynistic service manager ( such a prick ) I looked around and found Jarek's and have been going to them for my benz issues. They are a great team

Had a bolt break on my 98 Mercedes they quoted me a price and the mechanic told me over the phone that the bolt would need replaced and re threaded. After the work was done I picked up the car and grease was all over my door panel and steering wheel. The so called new bolt was rusty and appeared to be the wrong size. The car still smells of coolant and for the price I didn’t feel that they tried too hard. they got me in and out so those would be my only complaints.

Michael is the best even as busy as his shop was he took the time to recommend a key specialist that got my vintage Mercedes going again! I have never had four working keys at the same time and I've owned the car from the beginning I'm the original owner it's in pristine excellent shape a 98 Mercedes ML320 I have the 900th one made with the issue where you can only have eight keys and then you have to change all the computers and locks in the car but someone finally figured out you don't have to do all of this thank you thank you thank you Michael!

Best Mercedes Benz specialist out there. I first brought my car to my local Mercedes Benz dealership so they could fix it. They kept my car in their shop for over 2 months and wanted to charge me a very large amount of money for the repair work. I heard about this repair shop through a friend and drove all the way from Springfield, Missouri to bring my Mercedes to Mike at Jarek's Car Service. My car was repaired at a fraction of the price of what the Mercedes Benz dealership was asking, and I'm very happy with the quality of service. I found this place after searching for an alternative to the prices at MB Knoxville. After reading the reviews, I decided to bring my car in. Quick service, polite interactions, and more than fair prices! You can keep paying 300 extra dollars for coffee and a car wash at the dealership or you can come here for service and hit the drive through on the way home with all the time and money you saved. Mike does great work at a fair price. I took my car in for a scheduled A service and told him my check engine light keeps coming on and off intermittently. He said it may be covered by the Mercedes extended emissions warranty but he would look at it. He said the issue was covered under the extended warranty and didn't even charge me for the diagnosis. Took my car to Mercedes of Knoxville who confirmed it was a covered item and replaced it at no charge. Mike is the best, I highly recommend him and wouldn't take my car to any other repair shop but his.

As a college student at UT who daily drives his grandparents mercedes benz, it can get expensive. However, at Jareks that is genuinely not the case. These guys are so honest, so fair, and transparent. I have never in my entire life been so satisfied with a shop. I will forever take my benz here, it's a pleasure to work with Emily at the front desk, and the mechanics know there stuff. They are super quick, communication is amazing. Other mecedes specialists shops said I should just sell the car because it wouldn't be fixable, yet jareks figured it out in 2 days, turned out to be a simple cheap fix. They are great about not charging you for full labor if it wasn't required which goes a long way. There are so many more reasons to give this place a 10 star, 5 isn't enough. Absolutely take your mercedes here!

Are there 6 stars I can click??? Seriously Jarek's is absolutely incredible. I have multiple Mercedes. My house is about a 2 hour drive and I do not hesitate to make the drive. With a Mercedes, its not usually about price, but their prices are way better than the dealer. More importantly, they are absolutely excellent at their work. Finally, their integrity has been beyond question.

Own a early 70s Mercedes. When we first moved it down to Knoxville we tried several different service providers with mixed results. About 12 years ago we starting bringing it to Jarek & Mike. The amount of knowledge and experience working on both new and old MB's is impressive. We will never service our car anywhere else. Highly recommend bringing your vehicle to Jareks's garage to anyone who owns a Mercedes.
