Had a bolt break on my 98 Mercedes they quoted me a price and the mechanic told me over the phone that the bolt would need replaced and re threaded. After the work was done I picked up the car and grease was all over my door panel and steering wheel. The so called new bolt was rusty and appeared to be the wrong size. The car still smells of coolant and for the price I didn’t feel that they tried too hard. they got me in and out so those would be my only complaints.

I found this place after searching for an alternative to the prices at MB Knoxville. After reading the reviews, I decided to bring my car in. Quick service, polite interactions, and more than fair prices! You can keep paying 300 extra dollars for coffee and a car wash at the dealership or you can come here for service and hit the drive through on the way home with all the time and money you saved.
