All you haters out there complaining that they asked you to give them 5 stars and even helped you if you needed should settle down. Auto repair is a hard business and ever changing. You have to stay up to date on everything and this is coming from an ASE master certified technition that got out of the business a year ago because of people like you thinking its easy and anyone can do it. These are great guys at this location and I had the pleasure of Brad , Shaun and Johnny all working for me at one time. I trust nobody in automotive but them with my vehicles. Grow up and show these guys some love!!!

I was hesitant to do this survey as we’ve used these guys for 20 years or so, and I generally don’t like to write bad reviews. Bought two new tires for a used car I purchased, got an oil change, and front end alignment. I bought the tires because the ones that came on the car were worn and there was a vibration in the front end. After I left when all of the service was complete, the vibration was still there, and on the drive home the left front hubcap cover came off of the car. I took it to my local mechanic, and he said the two brand new front tires were so badly out of balance that that was the cause of the vibration. He balanced them, and now there is no vibration at all. So not only did the mechanic do a poor job of putting my hubcap cover back on, he also didn’t properly balance the two new tires I purchased from them, and I had to pay my local mechanic $20 to balance them after already paying for that service when I bought the tires. Also, called the location asking about my hub cap, no offer to compensate me for it being lost. Finally, this is just a detail thing, but they didn’t even take the old oil change sticker off of the windshield like everyone does, they just put their new one over top of it. So the way I see it, they owe me for a hub cap cover, the fee to balance the tires there, and the $20 it cost me to have my local mechanic balance them. I’m not sure I’ll ever go back there if some form of compensation isn’t made.

Have been a customer for about 10 years. We always buy newer used cars and so after a couple years they have stuff start to malfunction. Free Service Tire has always been very open and honest. They do all our maintenance and also our major repairs. Never have been disappointed with their service. They also have very good customer service where it's fairly easy to talk to someone who can give you updates and such. We go to the Broadway location even though we live across town bc I trust them. You don't get to say that often in car repair!

Horrible customer service!! Brought my vehicle in for wheel alignment and they screwed it up and after only 1500 miles my tires wore down all the way to the wire! Went to the store to ask them to do something about it and they said it’s not their problem even after they stated that they have “90 day warranty”. They have messed up past vehicles for me also. Would never recommend to anyone!!!

I suspected I had a nail in my tire. Went over and had them take a look. I did, and it was in a spot that was unrepairable. The gentleman working with me gave me some great information, as my car should still have a dealership warranty. He filled up my tire with air and didn't charge me anything. Although they couldn't fix it (they don't do tire patching), they were still extremely helpful!

I came in for an oil change but was glad they looked at my brakes and tires and recommended changing those. They could provide me with the numbers that both problems were indeed urgent. It's the type of insight into other parts of your car you won't get at Jiffy Lube, which is where I'd had the past 3 oil changes. Just an FYI, the Groupon for full synthetic oil change here does not cover the store fees, so there's no discount in the end. Only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is I can't speak to the price value of all the services I ended up getting since I didn't plan to buy tires or brakes. But they called before performing each service and we're able to do it all in 1 afternoon.

I stopped by Free Service Tire & Auto Centers to see if they could put my engine splash guard back on my car because it was dragging the ground. I told them my husband was fixing it once the parts came in and it had gotten worse while I was out running errands. They temporarily fixed it for me so that it didn’t come off on my way home. I tried to offer them money and giftcards and they would not accept them. You don’t get service like that anymore and it should be appreciated! They could have easily charged me or simply told me they couldn’t fix it, but they went out of their way to help me. I highly recommend this company and I am very grateful for their help.

They experience was awful don't ever go there. They're not honest people I asked them to look over my brakes. They told me something that wasn't wrong was wrong with it ended up paying about $800 then they try to get me for another $1200 for something else that was wrong after they fix that and it didn't work, and then I go to a different mechanic And it's just the caliper that was on $800. They got me for for a part that I didn't need and stuff that didn't need to be done. Don't ever go there

I went to Free Service on North Broadway this afternoon after work because the tire pressure warning went off in my car. The manager, Ron, told me he would check the pressure and air up my tires for me right then. What a relief! (I stopped at Firestone first, and they told me it would be a two hour wait, or I'd have to come back the next day in the afternoon.) I really appreciate the awesome customer service at Free Service. ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC job getting my 225/60R16 Tire replaced with a new one on my rim today Iam very pleased with the customer service and quick in and out time. I will be back to do the other 3 tires ABSOLUTELY pleased and appreciate yall for making quick time for me this evening right before 6pm. Well thank you again to Howard and his tire man for getting me in and out quick this morning 2/2/2024 after I got another flat and had to call the TDOT help truck.
