I’ve bought 2 sets of tires from here over the years and I’ve always had a good experience. I made an appointment to work around my schedule to have a tire looked at “ Nail in the sidewall “. The gentleman I spoke with on the phone told me to bring it in and we will get you fixed up. Get to my appointment for the guy to walk out and look one of the tires “ not the one that had a nail in it “ just to walk back in and say we don’t have it and go check out another shop and see if they have it. It’s just aggravating when you make an appointment and expecting a certain level of service and get it under delivered. Also not to even look at the problem I came in with.
