Don't spend your hard earned money here! Jeff and his crew take short cuts. I had them do transmission lines on my Ford F150 Sport.They cut the new transmission lines and used hoses and Napa hose clamps to hook up with the old lines that go to the radiator. He also used zip ties to hold up my lines, and that's where transmission fluid was leaking from ,the hoses he used . DON'T GO HERE!!

I wouldn't do business with this place again. We brought a vehicle in for a power steering repair and this is what happened during the week they had it: -They did not do the work on our appointment date. They failed to communicate and when I called the following day, was told that they just got the part in and were working on it. -After not hearing from them for 2 days, I contacted them (Friday) and was told "we have been pulling it in and out of the garage, working on it between other appointments." -Contacted them the following Monday and was finally told that they "couldn't repair it" because they "are not certified to do that kind of work". So, in the end, they wasted a week of our time and blatantly lied about working on the car. Stay away from this place.

Let me start by saying these guys are super nice and a real pleasure to talk with, but apparently, they need a check list, and a bin to keep your parts straight. I have had nearly everything replaced on my SUV, but every time I brought it here, they missed replacing bolts, or as in the picture, never even bolted it down. While replacing all 4 brakes, they lost 5 of my lug nuts! How does that happen? Because they are unorganized and, again, have no final check system to ensure everything is correct. Never an apology, just .... they were probably missing before.... huh? Currently, I have missing bolts on my manifold, have a random bolt rolling around under my windshield wipers, have a butchered passenger wheelwell cover that looks like an alligator had tried to replace the wrong $80 bulb they used which wasn't even the correct bulb ... but I ate the $80. Most oil change places call out their checklist items. I would strongly encourage this for this shop. Until then, I can not use them anymore. It's just not worth needing someone else to point out the missing parts from their work. Lastly, the greasy hand prints all over the inter ior pillars, seats, and even the roof.

Brought my old car in, I knew it wasn’t in the best of shape. I for sure knew I needed brakes and a cv axel. That is what the appt was for. Got called and I needed a new control arm and a few other things because they couldn’t get a bolt out because it was rusted. I agreed and said let’s do that…well they didn’t have time to this was at 10:30 am. Earliest they could get to it was over a week. Asked if it was safe to drive home was told “yes” ..never was called to let me know the brakes were done…picked it up gave them almost $400 and then after paying was told I am probably going to need a new transfer case sometime. they would check on a price. Left and drove 2 minutes home and it was making an awful noise. Called and asked them about it and they had no idea what it could be. This was on a Friday and they said to have it towed back to them to be looked at on Monday. Paid another 100 to have it towed…Monday comes 11:30 haven’t heard, called…nope hasn’t been looked at. 1:30 still nothing called again, were just now looking at it…40 mins later got a call back and I needed a new drive shaft and transfer case. After being told it’s going to be about 1600 more to fix all that stuff I decided the car wasn’t work it to fix. Another 100 to tow it back. - communication was not great. Why wasn’t I told so much stuff had to be done before paying almost $400?!? -still don’t understand how it left my house being able to move and be put in park, have it towed there on a dollied backend and then when brought back it’s so messed up you can even put it in park you can’t even shift a gear without making a incredibly loud noise. Drove a car in and couldn’t drive it back out…and it cost me $584 for that. They even have this posted - “we follow a strict code of ethics so customers know up front what to expect….” Hmmmm

Went to get my rotar and breaks fixed immediately after smelled a strong chemical smell even though I had taken my car to four auto places none of them told me I had a gear shaft leak. That however appeared after a visit to these guys. Currently have their estimates and ideas after a complete view of my undercarriage of my car! Would not recommend this place!
