I’ve been coming there for a couple years now with all my vehicles. They are wonderful, professional, helpful, and always have lots of advice and very very thorough. Every single employee is so nice. Be honest and set reasonable expectations. Went in for oil change and fuel filter. I was told the fuel filter was in stock. It wasn't and when it finally did arrive they apparently couldn't install correctly. Had to have someone else come in from who knows where to finish the work. I don't fault the mistake but what I dislike was that instead of saying honestly they didn't have the part. (I'd have come back another day) they wasted over 2 hours of my time. Just be upfront with your customers...

Friendly, courteous & kind! I stopped here randomly, as I was searching for a gas station, to see where I’d be able to adjust the air in my Moms tires. Without a hint of hesitation one of the gentlemen that works there (Chris) said oh no problem drive it up I’ll take care of it for you. I was so relieved as there isn’t as many gas stations in the area and the ones that are there don’t have air inflator stations (with screens that work) to see how much air you are putting in. In the blink of an eye I was in and out of there with appropriately inflated tires. I felt really grateful to Chris for helping me out, he could have simply sent me on my way but generously gave me a few minutes of his time to help. Highly recommend this place!

When I showed up for an oil change I was greeted by Renee. Her smile and positive attitude made me feel secure in my location selection. I mostly appreciated her honesty and willingness to explain everything. I also spoke with one of the service techs working on my car and he was extremely personable and kind. I go to this Jiffy Lube about once every 6 months and it is so worth it. Yes it is not the cheapest folks around but they know what they are doing and they will help itemize everything you want and definitely need. I moved away from this shop and I still make the drive to them.

Waited like 2 hours for an oil change because they stripped the oil plug and had to put an oversized plug in. The receptionist was nice enough. They didn't take accountability for stripping the drain plug either. And that's isn't all, call it a coincidence, but I got about a block away and the serpentine belt and power steering belt snapped on my car(located right above the oil filter). When I got home I also had a flat tire. Safe to say I am changing the oil myself from now on. No thanks!

Jiffy lube is great place to get oil change. They give you different choices 3000, 5000, or 10000 miles oils. The price from $89.99 to $129.99 for the oil change. The manager was very polite and friendly. The guys in the bays we also very polite and checked oil and all fluids. I would recommend coming here for your oil change!!!!!!!!

Don’t get drawn in for an oil change and tire rotation. They can’t do a tire rotation because their lift has been broke for 2 years. Also, if you buy a Groupon, they will add on another $31 charge. This is an obvious bait and switch. After the above review, I was contacted by Jiffy Lube and promised a free tire rotation would be electronically sent. Nine days later, I have not received a free rotation.

This was the worst experience I ever had. I called ahead of time and asked how much an oil change would be with the cheapest oil because I was turning in the car in a couple of months. He told me it would be around $54.00. When I got there he said it would be over $100. The reason why was because he didn’t know what kind of car I had. I have a Honda HRV. He threatened to call the police on me because I told him I was going to report him to the BBB. At that point I went to Jiffy Lube in Ft. Meyers and pulled right in and they used a synthetic blend oil and checked everything else and charged me $51.99 plus tax. Two of the nicest guys ever helping an 81 year old woman.
