I had a issue with my car having the wrong plug in my oil pan. The Jiffy Lube that I normally attend push my issue off on another location the last serviced my car. But once I arrived and to the General Manager (Jerry **) he had no problem at all fixing the issue at hand. Plus him and his team went above and beyond to make sure the the problem was fixed, and most of all that I left a SUPER happy customer. From here on out this will be the only location that I'll attend, based off the fact I will receive 5 STAR service. I want to say Thank You for the great service Mr. **.

Took my son's car in for an oil change and possible overheating issue. They stated; they pressure tested the coolant system and it looked like it was a possible air bubble. Should be good, and the levels were fine, but to get the thermostat checked just to make sure. Within 3 minutes of taking the car home the thermostat read hot and there was coolant all over the inside of the engine. The car continued to leak the remaining coolant in the reservoir onto the street. When we returned to them after the weekend to have them check for a hose leak maybe a blown hose connection they refused saying they told us there was a leak and there was nothing they could do. When I again mentioned there was no leak prior to taking it to them, was told then it was just a coincidence. It was not their issue. Although he did tell my son he probably shouldn't be driving the car around as he told him to take it somewhere else. Complete Joke. The best line was..."I only pressure checked the line out of the kindness of my heart" I have been going there for 10 years with various cars. I won't be back.

This was my first visit during our Covid 19 crisis. The guys here let me and my wife stay in the car. They were super careful about everything even patiently directed me to reset the oil warning light myself. It was a very easy and low stress oil change. They did a great job, I definitely would recommend stopping by.

Unfortunately I cannot give a lower star rating. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT GO THERE FOR ANYTHING!!! I had my truck serviced there before the 1,100 mile drive moving to Montana. I paid $250 to have my transmission fluid flushed and replaced. The fluid was not replaced because they ruined a gasket. My mechanic in Bozeman said it was not replaced and was the dirtiest transmission fluid he has ever seen. The owner denied any responsibility probably because he knew I was in Montana. Well I might be in Montana but my friends are still in Orange County. Even worse for him, is my daughter who loves her Dad. She is vicious. That total of $1,700 he cost me will be nothing compared to what she will do to him. If the owner has a problem with what I’m saying then service his transmission they way mine was and drive to Montana. There is plenty of room to dig a hole at the ranch I live on.

Went through a pretty typical mechanic scam here. Came in for a $60 oil change and waited an hour. In that time I saw them pull the same thing with about 6 customers. First, they come find you with your engine and cabin filter in hand to test how knowledgeable about cars they are. They say it’s time to replace them. Looks like a cheap thing, right? Nope, $200 up charge. But they tell you they don’t know the price off the top of their heads. If you fall for that, they’ll change your brake fluid and more without telling you and try to charge you. Came in for a $60 service, they tried to charge me $600. And when I complained, they instantly dropped it to $300. What a joke.

All of the workers here are excellent. The guy that helped me is Arnold and he is very customer service friendly. I was in and out of there in 25 minutes and I got to relax in the comfy waiting area with my dog. This is probably the best oil 🛢 place I've been to. The work they did was top notch..

Just changed the oil last maintenance and with synthetic oil, I just needed an inspection. I’m fine with them saying, they don’t do inspections (with is not true). But after explaining the services my car got, they were still trying to do convince me to change my oil. I had to say no at the end, and their reply was, I quote, do what ever you want with your vehicle.

Been going here for a little over a year, Standard oil change is usually between 15 to 30 minutes, depending on techs on site. Ali, who I think is the manager, always keeps me well informed as to what will be performed on my vehicle and asks if I have a coupon. As 03/07/24, I have only had good experiences here.

Zero stars. Charged me 150$ for oil change. A week after my engine light was on. I went to get it looked at. Turns out our Jiffy "pros" filled my car with the wrong oil. I was back to get my refund. I was told, "Absolutely not." I recommend everyone to skip this place.

I do not recommend this place, they only want to change filters and other things, I was there today and said that I did not want to replace filters and other things, the guy who was at the counter should be working in the stable and not with people.

Feedback on Recent Jiffy Lube Experience: My recent experience at Jiffy Lube was extremely disappointing. During the service, a technician broke the top of my coolant reservoir. When I asked him about it, he became very rude, raised his voice, and became aggressive in his tone. I asked for the manager, but the technician refused to get him, which was frustrating and unprofessional. Eventually, the employee who originally placed my order went to get the manager. However, when the manager arrived, he also acted very aggressively, greeting me with, “You want to speak to me?” rather than addressing the situation professionally. I explained what happened, and the manager insisted that the cap was already broken when I came in, despite my stating that no other service center, including Jiffy Lube locations, had mentioned this in the past. The manager’s tone became increasingly confrontational, and he refused to take any responsibility for the damage, instead insisting that I needed to buy a new cap. I attempted to resolve the situation calmly, but the manager offered no solution other than telling me to purchase a replacement, which made me feel like they were trying to get me to pay for something their technician broke. His behavior, including walking out of the office when I asked for the franchise owner’s contact information, was highly unprofessional. I had my five-year-old daughter with me, and the manager’s tone made the situation uncomfortable enough that I had to end the conversation to avoid further escalation. While the cashier was helpful in directing me to the contact information on my receipt, the overall experience left me feeling very dissatisfied. I would appreciate a follow-up call to reconcile the issue with my coolant reservoir cap, as I strongly believe the damage occurred during the service.

Great customer service. Exceptional care, they did not skip any steps. I had to drop off car to rush next door to physical therapy. Isaiah promptly did an intake of my vehicle, and by the time I was out of my appointment I came back an hour later and Kenny immediately cashed me out. Kenny was thorough and explained the services they completed, and even walked me to my car to put the jiffy line sticker in my car. Majority of the jiffy line stores I’ve been to don’t put the sticker on or I have to remind them. But this location has it together. Again, great customer service. Thank you guys!

This Jiffy Lube is a good place to get your motor oil changed. They are fast and it does not cost too much. The people are always friendly and helpful. I have a Toyota Prius and I get my oil changed every 3000 miles. They have done 5 or 6 oil changes for me. I am happy with the quality of work that they do. Highly recommend

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. On 12/18/25, I asked the General Manager, Miguel, to move a vehicle so I could leave. Instead of helping, he snapped at me, accused me of having a negative attitude, then yelled and cursed at me. I felt trapped and just wanted to leave. Extremely rude and unprofessional.
