I’ve used this Pep boys in the past, & was great. Now, not returning until this new manager is gone. Made appointment the day before to get rear bakes changed and the drop off in am. Had very busy day and couldn’t return call until 1:30 when I got off. They hadn’t touch it. Sat there for 3 hrs now. And changed brake disk that were still good. Took that old disk and not returning until changes. Not happy.

I swung by without an appointment in the morning and Richard the manager immediately offered to take a visual look at the tires and top them off with air to the appropriate range. Randomly went to Pep Boys location in RSM to see if they could install headlight bulbs on my E Class. Dylan noticed the wiring in the housing was bad and has a potential fire hazard. He temporarily fixed the wiring and installed the bulbs. He went above and beyond to ensure the job was done correctly, he had great customer service, and showed me the issues with the headlight housing. I would recommend this location.

WARNING🚨 Dylan at the front desk tried to SCAM my mom by claiming that her 2017 Mercedes-Benz GLE 350 takes 9.4 quarts of oil when it actually takes 7.4 quarts — an extra $130 charge for oil that wasn’t needed. When I confronted him with the correct specs, he refused to admit his mistake or apologize. To make things worse, Dylan lied and said he was the manager, even though he clearly wasn’t. He was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. Trying to take advantage of someone—especially a customer’s mother—is beyond unacceptable. This place clearly hires dishonest people who prey on customers, and Dylan should be fired immediately for his shady behavior. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this shop.

I had a nail puncture in my tire and brought it to the Pep Boys in RSM, CA. They repaired it quickly and explained everything clearly. The service was smooth and professional from start to finish. I want to especially mention Tila at the front desk. Every time I’ve worked with him, he has been super polite, patient, and friendly. There is also another team member I’ve worked with before whose name I forgot, but he has been just as courteous and helpful. You can tell they genuinely care about customers here. They originally quoted me $26 for the repair, but when I came to pick up the tire, they didn’t charge me at all. That level of honesty and kindness goes a long way. This isn’t my first time coming here, and every visit has been a positive experience. They are punctual, helpful, and trustworthy. I will definitely be returning here when it’s time to replace my tires. Highly recommend this Pep Boys location in RSM.
