The technician did not remove thier dirty gloves off when they were working on to service my car and they put a few dirty prints by the side of my roof top inside my car and the fabric is ruined. This has happened for the second time and tried asking them to get it removed but no detailing people were there at that time. So I would need to get an appointment again. Please be careful before driving back home and check everything specially your roof. Because this shouldn't have happened in first place. My car is a brand new Toyota Corolla and I just bought the car. I really just wanted to keep the car clean and still keep it brand new. Now I just have to live with it if the oily color does not go away even when they do detail it. :-(

Good morning, I don't know where to begin. The service department this location is scam. Please please and please never go to this location. I brought my car for a service to check the rear sansar which was under dealer warranty to fix. I left my car at the service location, the service technician call me after 4 hours and said that to fix the sansar I have pay $2500.00 . So it cost me 2500.00 to fix it. I stop going to this place and I called Toyota Corp. and complain We bought two cars from them Highlander and Tundra. Please be aware don't go

The most amazing customer service! I took my Rav4 there after rats ate the CV boots and they took care of my insurance and everything. I chose this service center because they had the best reviews in my area. I see now those reviews were well deserved! So happy I chose them!!

Ridiculous, why make an appointment? We had an appointment at 7:45 this morning, 4 hours for an oil change?!? Was told it doesn't matter if you have an appointment if people just drive in (without an appt.) before you. This is probably the 8th time we have come here and never heard of such a thing. Will not recommend this dealership to anyone. Such a disappointment. This is my 5th Toyota automobile. Losing this customer.

Jack in the service dept really went above & beyond to help me in July, when my beautiful black 2016 Toyota Highlander Ltd Platinum (purchased there new at RSM as well) had the transmission fail for a 2nd time. It had to be totally replaced a few yrs ago when my ex bf took it to his shop and drained out the fluid and it burned up & stalled within 1 hr of driving it when he returned it to me afterward, and it was not repairable. Back then, that same service dept ("Brian" I believe) helped me get a brand new transmission under my platinum warranty, since another Toyota dealer was the last to technically touch it. They had tried flushing it and refilling, to no avail. So I tried towing it over to the dealership where it was purchased new and received most of its services, and within 3 days had a perfect new transmission that made the car run like it was brand new. Fast forward almost 5 yrs and weirdly enough, I crossed paths with that same ex bf from my past (who was a mechanic as well, trained at Toyota originally) & we briefly dated again for a few weeks, then ended things abruptly. Oddly, the same EXACT thing just happened to occur yet again with my new less-than-5-yr-old transmission, that had run perfectly since it was put in! Same exact timeline and burning smell & symptoms, that came on suddenly & totally randomly on my way to a Dr appt. The car started jerking/kicking forward & knocking & smelled, was totally undriveable within only about 20 min of the first "kick"!! Coincidence? I don't know & can't prove it because my Blink camera covering my car/driveway was also randomly disabled that morning (1st time that's ever happened) & I never saw if anyone or an animal crawled up under the car & did anything to it, but the timing was awfully suspicious. He had mentioned losing his job at Big O over it, where he took it and drained the fluid out in their shop so I had to hold them liable to repair it of course and they fired him. If it was an innocent mistake, I felt bad for him losing his job over it, but I had no transportation suddenly and he wasn't offering to do anything about it & knew he had voided the warranty the second he chose to open the closed transmission system. So I had the car towed back over to RSM Toyota and Jack was my awesome & kind service tech who greeted me and said they would evaluate it. He called to tell me that indeed the transmission had to be completely replaced because of "stuck solenoids" or whatever, and it would cost $9k+! So I told him I had to try to find funding to try to cover it or ask for a loan, and he went to the managers at the dealership who felt bad for me and wanted to help by discounting it significantly. I still had several thousand to try to come up with, & told him to just hold the car I guess until I could get the $ for sure or have a car buying company come purchase it. He called back to tell me he had gotten my case submitted to Toyota for special assistance, and asked if I could come up with just $1500 of it and they would cover the rest of my bill!! That was like almost $8k total. And they approved it! Jack then helped get me into a new Rav 4 rental for free while my car was being worked on. They have some really good quality people and uniquely kind human beings working in that service dept. I feel blessed to have received such care from a dealership, especially for my used car that was 8 yrs old with 92k miles on it. Thank you so much to Jack in the RSM service dept for looking out for me! And to Alex in sales for helping to get it traded in for a new Rav 4 Prime XSE lease, with a decent trade-in value (considering all the car went through) and a good low monthly payment. I'm still a little bit nervous losing my completely paid off car and taking on a lease for the first time ever, BUT I'm really loving my new Rav 4 Hybrid Plug In & not having to get gas but every 10 days or so. I'm getting close to 40 mpg (my Highlander was getting 9-10 mpg!). And I'm LOVING being able to go solo in the HOV lanes now, due to it being considered a "clean air" vehicle!

Worst service experience I have ever had. I took my vehicle for a simple routine oil change and tire rotation. I made an early morning appointment and showed up on time. It took them 4 hours to perform an oil change and tire rotation. I had planned on waiting for my vehicle, but because it too nearly half the work day for a simple job, I had to leave and come back. What's the point of making an appointment with them if you have to wait half a working day to get a simple job done? If they knew they were going to be that behind that day, then they shouldn't have even bothered taking appointments instead of misleading people. Shady practices. You can take your vehicle down the road to Valvoline or Jiffy Lube and have this all done in less than half the time.

Toyota service agreements are deceptive. Bought one at HB Toyota but did not say that the first 5 need to be used within 25 mos. I had service 5 at 25.5 mos which triggered usage of the additional service I bought. Now I get screwed out of one more service that I paid for. Will never buy a Toyota service agreement again and took the additional services I needed today ($400-500 worth) elsewhere. No one said any of this until service 10 at 49k miles (when I paid for 11 up to 55k miles). They will look for any reason to limit how many they provide. Do not buy a service agreement ever!
