I would like to say I had it issue with Jiffy Lube so I went the next day to discuss my issue with the MOD, I believe I was meet by the assistant manager Matt Who already knew about the situation and was ready to do everything in his power to make it better he apologize. He asked me what he could do to make this situation right he asked If I had time, that he would Personally, make sure my car went through all the checks. he said he would talk to the parties involved and make sure it never happens again. I stopped into Jiffy Lube to get a new tire after I experienced a flat tire on my Mercedes Truck. After waiting a little bit, which I didn’t mind, a worker walked past my car and began working with the person waiting behind me. I flagged him down after he was done talking to the car behind me and informed him I needed a new tire so I could take my donut off. He immediately walked in and came out with a price, about $300 for one tire. It’s a Benz and you have to pay to play so I agreed and he ushered me inside. The workers were friendly and pleasant. I waited and eventually the tire was put on. I paid and left. After 2 miles I look at my dashboard and my tire pressure light is on and the car indicated that the tire that was put on wasn’t even inflated properly. I had to stop at WaWa and put more air in. The machine wasn’t working so had to go to 7-11 to pay for air. I was so upset. I’m not sure how my tire was put on without making sure the tire had enough air. The traffic was too bad to go back so I put the air in and went home.

I recently visited Jiffy Lube for a routine oil change, and overall, the experience was decent but not perfect. The service was quick, and the staff was friendly and professional. They completed the oil change in about 20 minutes, which was convenient. However, I noticed after leaving that they forgot to place the reminder sticker on my windshield. While not a huge deal, I do rely on that sticker to keep track of my next oil change. It’s a small but important detail that helps customers maintain their vehicles. Other than that, the service was fine, and the waiting area was clean. If they paid more attention to small details like the reminder sticker, it would have been a five-star experience. I’d still consider coming back, but I’ll be sure to double-check next time.

This place can be insanely busy on weekends. I took off work to go here and it wasn't so bad on a weekday. I got very light pressure about a cabin filter change, said no (as you all should), and walked out about 35 minutes later. Nice.

Very unprofessional, no smiles. I am not sure if i would return. there were a couple of gentlemen were cordial. Most of the women working seems as if they want to be boys, tattoos and earrings, just not a good look for Jiff lube, I have been using JL for over 25 yrs.

Do not come here. As a woman they thought it was okay to over charge me. $260 for an oil change is absolutely insane. Charged me almost $60 for an air filter. Then charged $25 per windshield wiper blade. I needed both my front windshield wiper replaced they were falling apart. They charged me $25 each so $50 all together. And then they tried to get me to buy new brakes saying mine were completely worn out even though I replaced the brakes a few months ago. Then they tried to charge me $1200+ for new tires. My husband's tires for his jeep was $500 for 4 tires. Why would a nissan rogue be more than double that? They tried to scam me thousands of dollars.

Deceptive practices, stop here for the first time and asked associate what is cost for full synthetic oil change for my truck. I was told $108. I then show a coupon for $30 off this service and was told to give to cashier when I pay for service. Once service started I was asked into the service area by another associate only to find out that the service starts at $108 and thet would honor the Jiffy lube coupon I had. Horrorible fist and last time interaction.

That was the second and last time going to that location. Every time I went I had n issue with something. That location needs to improve on its customer service and professionalism. The staff there is all about jokes and games. The supervisor has NO control. The first issue was when I brought my car in for standard oil change and when I got my car back someone had made an oil stain with there dirty work boots on my driver side floor and they didn’t even try to clean it not until I said something, then this last time they overinflated my run flat tires by 5psi causing me to have a flat tire the next morning. They only reason I know they overinflated the tires is because when I left out to go to work at 4 o’clock a.m my tire popped and the sensor n the tires all had 38psi. Before anyone says anything we all know that in the winter air contracts. So if it’s read 38 when it’s cold what happens when the tires warms up.

I don’t know a whole lot about vehicles so when I take my truck in it’s because my husband is unable to. When I go I have been given instructions for what is to be done. I really appreciate how Jiffy Lube will give you the rundown of what needs to be done/ recommended, but what they don’t do is beat you down to make you feel bad or push you into making a decision right then. They also were very professional and courteous! My only suggestion is to come up with a way to leave a tip in which all involved can benefit.
