Fantastic service, top notch all the way!!! I got a flat in my car and it had a few other on going issues with it so I took it these wonderful souls and they got to work right away. I spoke with Kevin over the phone and shortly after I brought the car in. We discussed some issues with the car along with the tire and I’d said that I took it to another shop prior, and they took over a month with my service. Kevin instantly said “That’s unacceptable for any mechanic, we asses the issue, we inform you, and start performing the work”. throughout the first day, Kevin and Frank reached out to me multiple times to inform me of the condition of the vehicle, the work being preformed as well as the cost (which I was charged mainly for parts and not labor 😁) and they assured me it would be done in a timely manner. I had my car ready literally the next day, I was greeted by Frank shouting my name with his hands up running to greet me in the office like we were best friends. We talked about the car and I was led to the garage to see my old parts, And they also informed me of the faulty repairs done to my brakes by the previous shop and showed me what damage had been done to the parts in the month that I had the car back from the old shop. I will be coming back to have more work done in the near future and hope these guys stick around for a very long time. A+ Quality from John’s auto experts. 👍👍👍

If I could give 10 stars, I would. I needed some engine work done on my 2016 Chevy Malibu. Kevin and the team took care of everything promptly, unlike the Chevy dealership that kept giving me the runaround. They completed the job in a quarter of the time the dealership quoted.
