Joe Albertson is a HORRIBLE BUSINESS MAN💯He has had my automobile for 21 months...I blew my motor...he told me to have it towed there...he told me 1200 for a used motor n wen he's done ill pay labor...that was April of 2023...it's January 2025...and he still has my car...then on top of lying n avoiding he then starts badmouthing me to people to tryn shift the focus from how he literally is ripping me off...IF U TAKE UR VEHICLE HERE...U WILL B SORRY💯💯💯💯JOE is not a stand up guy...he is SPINELESS

JR’s is affordable and fair. I had a lot to fix and other places were charging $1000-2000 more. They weren’t even guaranteeing that the car would be fixed. JR got all of the parts I needed and fixed my car within 2 days. 10/10 I highly recommend!

I worked with Joe for 6 years, the the last year things changed. Anytime I would take my truck there for repairs he wouldn't call ti let me know tye repairs were finished I had to go out there to see for myself. The prices changed alot. Then when the air ride and fuel pump in in my truck went bad 1 year after it was supposed to be repaird and I had already paid over $1,300 for the cost of those repairs and still had a warranty. I took my car for hom to look at it and my truck sat fir a week and he worked on 2 other vehicles and just let mine sit. Would not answer my calls at all or return not one call back to me. Finally I got in touch with his brother who has always been a stand up guy and was able to get my truck back. I had ti take my truck somewhere else for the repairs which were done in two days. I will never go back to this shop again. He truly needs ti give it up he's terrible with people. He only treats people he likes correctly. Don't waste your time going there. Also I paid less at Erie Battery and got better quality work. A 5 year auto mechanic relationship gone down tye cubes because of poor business practices.
