I use to take my trucks here but not anymore,they never answer the 📲 bad service people drinking on the job, li like to drink to but not on the job 🤷 always read reviews to see what other people have experienced

I dont know how much this place is paying for five star reviews as i am writing this its my 4th time coming for the same problem and just had another shop check the car and was told nothing in the car was replaced or fixed was completely lied to

I had them fix my water pump for 340$..They do so then say we changed your thermostat also & added 60$ so price came out to 400$. 3 days later I smell burning & they try n tell me its because oil is leaking on hose (which there was no oil on hose) then my radiator hose burst .I have them repair that then a day later it leaks from the same spot as I'm driving and smoke comes out of my engine I pop the hood & they overtighened the hose to where my water outlet breaks off into the hose. I take it back & the younger guy gets mad at me because he thinks I want free work but in all actuality they keep breaking parts they fix on. So then they say we are not working on your car anymore. I then fix my car myself cause I also work on cars . Horrible service do not take your car there I repeat DO NOT!!!

Juan gamas doesn’t even check ur car right he makes up stuff about it and makes u pay more . He drinks on the job won’t ever recommend this place. If u wanna drink go with him he got a bar in his shop 🤣

Me and my husband went today to his shop to fix our car the yesterday I check his shop hour on good for today he supposed to open from 8am-1pm so we went at 8:09am this morning and his shop was close on his shop door says hours of operation today from 8-4pm so we waited thought he will open we waited 2hour he put his cell phone number there so I keep calling texting hoping to get back didn’t answer the phone or the text. What a stupid irresponsible guy, I will never go to this shop again

I really don't like this place the mechanic is rude and very condescending. Was told that one price over the phone and when i arrived they charged me double what they said they were going to charge me. My car steering wheel was also messed up after i picked it up. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

Juan gamas. Is rude and bad attitude all his employees and him drink on the job. They told me one price and charged more when I got there. They didnt even fix my problems with my car. I will not recommend this place. If you want to report this place to the BBB!

I got work done in my truck by this shop and the estimate wen doble at the end and they won't even call to let me know and the first week my truck burns oil like crazy and call this guy and he says oh may be something more intern 😑 I was like wt* they are the mechanic and supost to know what they doing and wen I try to get him help me he wont even answer the phone Any good mechanic will stand behind hes work but you see he wont replay back he say he did heats,water pump,new timing chane and the new mechanic opened it and has all old parts even old spark plugs wich I was charge for I have pics of everything to prove see for u self Use this shop at you owen risk I pay over 2 grand and had to pay again

4.1 star review how is that possible. I've been going to Juan Gamas Auto repair shop for years. I recently took my 2015 Kia Sportage to him because of a check engine light he told me that it was a bad coil #3 so I told him since your already changing the coil could you please change all 4 spark plugs less than a hour my vehicle was done I asked the mechanic so how did my old spark plugs look he seemed agitated by my question red flags started going off I went home something told me to check the spark plugs I did he never changed not one of the 4 spark plugs that I specifically told him to change and yes! He charged me for all 4 spark plugs and the #3 ignition coil he used was the less expensive ignition coil. Recently his attitude towards me has been rude disrespectful and now he is dishonest and that's coming from a regular customer. It's time to find a new mechanic. I do not recommend this mechanic shop do better!! Juan Gamas.
