We discussed the services I requested and I appreciated his listening skills and ability to connect with me on a human level. Great service, but I need my service rep to know about the cars that he is managing. He keeps telling me that I need a timing belt job done for my 2016 ILX. This is the 3rd time he’s recommended it. The last time they ended up changing all my drive belts. The problem with this is that my car uses a timing chain and would not need to be replaced at 100,000 miles. There is no problems with the engine at the moment. Also, I asked for a quote for this and after taking it home to understand it, a “drive belt” wasn’t mentioned. Instead there are line items for changing spark plugs and checking the valve clearance. The valve clearance check should have been done when they changed my valve cover gasket after finding it leaking. They are going to charge me nearly $2K to change spark plugs and checking valve clearance!!

Everything seems fine for the most part. However, although the AC blows cold air (Not as cold as my many other Acuras, or Fords) it doesn't actually cool the interior very well at all. Unfortunately this probably has to do with some General Motors (Joint venture on this EV) parts, and or a poor design in regards to CFM vs. interior cubic ft.) Looking forward to the All Acura 2027 RSX-EV! Beyond that 2 more things: 1- 6 days seemed a little too long for the repairs. 2- It would be nice maybe someday soon, if Acura would provide an EV loaner vehicle for those like me who might be bringing in an EV for service... Had to put GAS in the loaner 😅 Overall good experience, and great professionalism from Alex. 👍

I had our MDX service for oil change before a long trip with the family. Unfortunately, our car needed a recall and major service to be done. Michael Fentress went above and beyond to help our family. For our safety, he recommended to work on the recall which also saved us a lot of money because all I had to pay was parts for the other needed service. Brian, the service advisor was very professional. I was there for a recall for my fuel pump motor replacement. During my vehicle’s inspection by the mechanic, she found an oil leak at the head gasket. I was very pleased to hear that it was covered by warranty. That saved me a lot of money. I appreciate their honesty by telling me it was under warranty. I wouldn’t have known that. The video I received by text was amazing, showing me their step by step vehicle inspection. Everyone I came into contact with was very professional.

The man who took my paper work alleged that he called me to advise that my car was ready. I did not receive that call. Waited 4 extra hrs to find out my car was done. I sat in the waiting area and saw how he approached another customer to advise of their car going to be ready in 15 min. But did not bother to ask if I was waiting for my car. ( I felt discriminated) Due to his negligence it took me 3 hrs to get home.

Went in for a warranty recall and was pleased with the service. Since the service was going to take a day they offered me a loaner car for the day which was very nice brand new car. They were great on being informative on updates of the services being done and were prompt on notifying of completion.
