I have just moved into the area and bought a used car for pretty cheap, so it was expected I needed to get some work done. I had some issues with my break line, every time it rained, it would go low and the light would come on. My rear turn signal was out, I took it to a Firestone a few weeks ago and they just replaced the bulb and that night the bulb blew again. I also needed my exhaust looked at. I have been strapped for cash and these issues had finally gone on for too long, I needed a fix! I found this place out on a whim with awesome ratings. When I walked into the building, it was very calm. Instantly felt welcomed. I told them my issues and they kindly told me how the procedure was going to go, I were to receive a phone call in a few hours to see how much it would cost approximately. I got my phone call, very professional! They told me straight up my car would possibly have to stay overnight, which was no big deal for me. The cost approximations were very affordable. The next day I had received a text saying my car was ready for pickup. Easy and quick checkout. I'm so satisfied. I didn't feel pressured to get more work done. Will definitely come back!

Kellenberger repaired/replaced parts of my steering & suspension system that was damaged due to an accident. Work was done in a timely manner and was done correctly. Overall price for the work was more than reasonable. I would have no hesitation in bringing my vehicle to Kellenberger for work in the future.

I have friends who go here and so I tried them and had a great experience. My friends have been telling me to go here for a long time so I’m glad I did. Like when a friend tells you to try this great restaurant! You try it! I waited for my brakes to be done and got my book read and finished! I needed that time. Took about 3 hours. Thank you for getting me in at short notice. I called at 3:45 pm on a Monday got me in on Wednesday I picked up my car on Thursday. Larry called me and filled me in on what was wrong with my car. I thought tie rod or bearings. Turned out I needed brakes and also needed a PVC valve. Larry found a more simple way to replace my PVC valve and saved money. I can’t thank them enough for being honest and caring. I’m definitely using them again if needed.

After bringing about 4or5 of my classic cars here for service I can say I’m honestly dissatisfied from my last two visits. Never got a call for a estimate of how much it was going to be and surprised with a big bill upon pickup. I asked Karlton a service advisor if he could cut me a break and he stated “no already did if you don’t like it take it somewhere else or do it your self”. Last visit I got the breaks done on one of my other vehicles and when I picked it up and on my way to work I was sent on a death ride. I tried using the breaks and they did not work what so ever, luckly I was able to coast to a stop. When I looked under the hood I seen they for got to tighten a break line. Completely unsatisfied.

Visited this business today for routine maintenance, but not my first visit. The reasons this shop deserves a 5 star rating are: A. Transparency, theirs was beyond refreshing; and I asked many intricate mechanical questions. B. Part selection, theirs is above and beyond; and with the increasing complexity of modern vehicles a necessity. C. Experience, they have many generations under 1 roof. If you truly care about quality craftsmanship, at competitive prices; do pay them a visit as well!.
