My Husband works for Atlas Van Lines and our speedometer stopped working .Took our truck here and got us right in. They had to keep it overnight to finish. These guys went out of their way to get us to and from a hotel for the night. I wish all Kenworth repair shop treated customers this nice. TOP NOTCH crew here at this Kenworth!!! Hands down the best shop I’ve been too in 21 years OTR.. They update while you wait from very KNOWLEDGEABLE service!! Came if for a “thought to be injector failure” turns out just rubbed wire harness… and and short in park lights fixed up in no time flat!! GREAT AWESOME SERVICE!! Blew the water pump on my truck and showed up unannounced. Within 15 minutes my trailer was dropped and my truck was in the shop. Had to wait over night for parts so Rich (Branch manager) gave recommendations for hotels, and even dropped me off in his personal vehicle. Even made a pit stop at the Rutters for me. Jeremy in service was on top of letting me know what the status was on my truck, and his timeline was perfect. They sent someone to pick me up fro the hotel and had everything ready for me when I showed up. Excellent experience, treat you with respect and like you're a human being. Thank you to Rich, Jeremy, and the rest of the crew for getting me back on the road as quickly as possible. Highly recommend!!!

Jeremy, in service, was courteous and professional from the start. He arranged for the Axle Surgeon to come out and repair my W900L, and his technicians were right on the stick with finding the problem and completing the job in as timely a manner as humanly possible. Stuck right to the estimate and was also very helpful in finding a place to stay and food recommendations in the area. As an owner operator, I highly recommend this Kenworth repair shop. No waiting, no BS ... took me right in and got the job done and done well.

Came here a couple of months back for some emissions issues. Paccar MX-13. Needed a new NOX sensor, the one that's on the exhaust. Also new thermostats. The people here are very friendly and very adept at customer service. Rich got me with Jeremy the foreman right away and wrote me up. It was also a Thursday and they had a full shop but they still managed to save my behind. They offered me a car to use for the day to get food and such. Tanner, the technician, did great work and I was able to speak with him and he fully explained everything he was doing. Also, be aware that they may not always be able to just take people in like that depending on the circumstances of the day and availability, but they really tried and got me in and out in about 6 hours. The service here is impeccable and I was provided with estimates all along the way and I ended up paying even less than I was quoted. Also the parts and accessories department here I find to be quite affordable. I wish I could say the same for some of the other Kenworth or Peterbilt shops in the area. Going forward, I will only be stopping here for any specialty work if the circumstances allow. Everything has run smooth since. Wonderful job, York.

I've been working with these guys for 10 yrs now. Mainly buying parts and supply from them. They have my business because they have went out of thier way to give me the service i like. They delivered parts to a store parking lot to me when i was broke down. We had an exhaust issue because a catalog was misleading, and i was alil stupid, they absorbed the loss. And they didnt have to. They are real easy to work with and can joke around like your in the shop. To everyone in parts, the shop, delivery guys, and yes you to Rich. Thank you folk's for your help keeping us rolling. P.S. I HATE TRUCKS. WORK is a 4 letter word, PLAY HARD.

Had DPF issues and dropped in to get the issue diagnosed. Had to replace the sensor and couldn't get the part till the next day, but let me park on the property to wait. The next day, they got to me as soon as they could. Everyone was nice, and the work was covered under warranty, so all in all, good stop. Tiny shop, so if you can, maybe drop the 53' van before coming. I didn't get a chance to google it before the office sent me, and i kept my trailer with me, but we made it work. Wouldn't hesitate to stop in again.

I called them to see if they could help me with an antifreeze leak, and they said yes! I came here and they took the truck inside the shop in less than 30 minutes! They found the problem, was the egr cooler, was leaking, ordered the parts and next day I was back on the road! This shop is another level, everyone was polite and knowledgeable! Do not trust the mechanic. If he would lie about this who knows what else he would lie about. And the so called manager took his lies to heart without checking for himself it's ridiculous how people can't be honest and do an honest days work. Cuz I have dogs in my truck. Their tech claimed BS saying he didn't want to work on my truck which he wouldn't even be going inside my truck. To hook up a computer yes that's it. Then fix the issue under the hood. I guess his tech didn't want to or knew how to fix a kenworth. My truck yes hasn't been wiped down in about 4 days due to running hard sleeping stepping in mud, water, gas station mess, ice water snow gravel etc. Just a poor excuse of a tech working st this shop. Well I'll just take my business somewhere else. Pics attached. Yes it's a little dirty. But NO dog BS mess as the teched lied and claimed about. Mayne dog hair. But no feces. It's close to Christmas and I guess he just wanted to be lazy and not do the Jon and go home early since is already 330 here atm
