We've been taking our cars here for a couple years and have always felt they were honest with us and always happy with the work. We drive 45 minutes out of the way to come here, passing 100's of car shops because I would rather spend that extra time getting it to Phil that I can trust, rather than taking a chance elsewhere. Always seemed really knowledgeable and explains what the issue is. It is a locally owned business, so any money spent here supports the local community!

Amazing owner! Great communication, fair prices and crazy fast work! Will definitely be coming here for any further work. I came here in a recommendation and I’ve already recommended this business to several other friends and family for all their car needs. Edit: it’s a year later and I’ve visited the new location and it’s the same great service! The waiting room was very helpful for me and the maintenance was quick, convenient to schedule and affordable with clear and upfront pricing! Consistently quoted better deals here than several other places and I know it will be done right. Still recommending and I will be back for my next repair!

Ever wonder if your mechanic is telling you the real problem with your car—and the real way to fix it? I never wonder (or worry), because I use Phil. As a family with two Hondas, I get a little persnickety about what needs to be repaired and when—as well as what parts are used. Probably a pride thing. The Honda folks make you VERY nervous about using aftermarket parts. For much of our vehicle maintenance over the past 18 months, we've used Phil and have been very satisfied. He's handled oil changes, brakes, an alternator, AC repair (OEM parts), and probably more things I've forgotten. He checks the car each time and looks for any issues. He's meticulous. Another thing I love: he makes it right. The AC repair (a full coil replacement in the cabin) started having issues—likely a Honda thing, not a Phil thing. I talked with Phil, and he wanted to figure out why. He replaced the whole thing again, and it’s worked great since. Don’t bother going anywhere else! You are in the very best hands with this shop! We are so happy with our honest service! We won’t be trusting anyone else with our vehicles. We had lots of issues with our Ford F150 truck. One was a repair job to fix what another mechanic botched. They tried to replace two gaskets and broke the covers on both of them and gauged up another area! We had no idea, we took it to Phillip because the truck was still leaking oil He quickly and efficiently diagnosed the issue and the terrible workmanship by the other mechanic. He was able to remedy this and found some more leaks that he took care of for us. The other area he fixed was AC issue that the dealership was going to charge us double what Klein would do it for. The AC has worked excellent ever since! What I really like about Klein Automotive is they really explain to you in laymen’s terms exactly what your issue is, not only that….they’ll show you the old parts and point out the New ones. Phillip is an excellent communicator, very knowledgeable, trustworthy, competent and timely on his repairs. His shop is not close to our house by any means, but believe me, he is 100% worth the drive!!! Thank you, Phillip!!! We so appreciate you!!!

I’ve been taking my cars to Klein Automotive Repair in Spring, TX for the past two years, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. I own two vehicles, including a 2007 Mazda 6 that had an electrical issue nobody else wanted to touch because of its age. A good friend recommended Phillip, and I’m so glad they did. Great communication! Exceptional Service! Had transmission overhauled, motor mount replaced, rear brakes and rotors, spark plugs and wires replaced, sway bar links replaced. Radiator flushed, rear diff fluid changed, front end leveling kit installed as well. There are a few other things I’m missing but extremely satisfied with service and turn around time. We will definitely bring our vehicles to Klein Automotive for the foreseeable future!!

Like many reviews, I found Philip at Klein Automotive Repair after a bad experience at a Chevy dealership in Tomball. I explained what I wanted to have done, and what I needed to have done, something the dealership could not understand, and instead treated me like I could not afford to fix my car. I asked for a quote so I knew what to expect prior to drop off, and got one, also knowing that things could drastically change once they look my car over, but they understood one thing, that I was the customer, and allowed me to make an informed decision. I got everything I wanted and needed for my car, and it runs as if it was new now, which was not expected but hoped for. My repairs were done quicker than expected, and actually for a little less money than we discussed. Philip is a class act, caring, listens, and understands the value in customer service. My experience at Klein Automotive Repair was truly exceptional, and they went above and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of. Give them a try, for whatever reason, and you will understand. My gratitude and thanks to Philip and Klein Automotive.
