I was very pleased with my service. For my 2018 Subaru Outback, I only had hot air blowing from left side vents, right side vents were significantly cooler. They explained that to fix the problem, the heater core needed to be flushed or replaced. Replacing the heater core was more than 5x more, but flushing was not guaranteed to fix the problem. I decided to have them flush the core, which brought the right side vents to within a few degrees of the left side vents. I’ve been driving the car for a month and the interior of the car is still nice and toasty for all passengers.
