Brighton Auto Service was recommended by a State Trooper for being an honest place to go. They accepted my older truck off a tow drop and performed the necessary repairs, keeping me informed along the way and keeping within their cost and time estimates. When I was concerned about something a few days after picking it up they immediately took it back in to resolve the issue - which was not wholly related to the first repair. It’s hard to find someplace to work on an older truck but they did it. I am happy to have it back on the road. You can tell by looking at their shop they are well- equipped and they even apologized for having it for three days, which they said was unusual. Highly recommended and easy to work with. I do t know how their prices compare but it’s not always about price. Satisfied customer here!

Great experience! I had a problem with the power on the vehicle when I was passing through town. They got me in and back on the road of adventure very quickly after installing a new battery and diagnosing a parasitic draw from a short in our taillight. Thanks, Garrett and team!! We had an issue with our car and decided to go with a company that has been in business for over 35 years. Our car was towed to Brighton Auto Service. They gave us a loaner car while fixing our car. They replaced our transmission but it failed, Brighton Auto honored the warranty and put in a new transmission. They kept the cost down making it more affordable than any place we've ever gone. We highly recommend these guys for all your Auto needs because they are a cut above everyone else.

The team here is nice and honest. I was getting warning messages on the dash of my 2018 Chevrolet Silverado. The anti lock brakes, cruise control, and stabillitrak weren't working. Brought it in and was told there would be a diagnostic fee then we'd go from there. They did pull some initial fault codes but the warnings/faults went away and didn't come back. They returned my vehicle and didn't charge me anything. Suggesting I bring it in again if the issue returns. They could easily have charged me but didn't. I'm definitely coming back when my vehicle needs any type of service!

Idris and his team treated me well and I was nothing less than totally satisfied with the service they performed on my Tahoe. I have to give a shout out to ‘Grease’ the Mechanic who worked on my vehicle. He not only worked on my Tahoe but he called me personally to let me know what was going on. I have been taken my vehicles to Brighton for about 7 years now. Even though I travel about 25 miles to have them service my vehicles I would not go anywhere else.

The quality of the work appears to be good and the courtesy shuttle is always helpful. But the price was double what other places in the area charge for the same repair. I felt under the gun to get my vehicle repaired quickly since it's my work vehicle so I didn't take the time to shop around that I should have. In the interest of transparency, it would be good if you would itemize your bill to show what part of it is labor, how much are the parts, shop supplies, etc., instead of just one final total amount. I don’t normally leave reviews, but when you sent me a link and asked me to, I did. Since you apparently didn’t like it, you continued to bother me about it. First you offered me $200 to delete it and sign an agreement not to leave any more negative Google reviews. When I said no, you then offered me $300 to modify it. I do not think this is how the reviews are supposed to work and seems to me to defeat the purpose. If you don’t want to know, then don’t ask. I also did not have any exhaust system work done at all. I don’t know how that got into the services part of the review, so I removed that. I stand by my conclusion that $1600 was a lot more than it should have cost to replace the power steering pump and flush the power steering fluid.

From start to finish my experience was pretty awesome. I own a Escalade, and with a cadillac its hard to find good reliable service without paying an Arm, Leg, and shoulder from good service. Until I met these guys at Brighton Auto Service. I recieved Real time detailed follow ups on repair needs, cost and how I should prioritize my project(s). I Never felt pressured to rush my repair decision. I EVEN GOT A FREE LOANER!! Super rare! The Mechanic (JOSH) is nothing short of a MASTER of his craft. The service mgr./Adv. (Idris), was personable, and straight to the point with not sugar coating. I dropped my car off on a Tuesday Morning, and had back in my possession on Wednesday night. Talk about top notch Service! Good work team. I will definetly be brining my cadillac's back here.

Brighton auto service is the place to go in Brighton for repairs! All repairs big and small they are your guys; Idris is very personable and goes the extra mile to make sure you’re getting the best service. The price is fair and on par with other shops in the area except Brighton Auto service offers double (if not triple) the warranty as others; plus I was able to use a free no charge loaner while my Subaru was in the shop. I will be back again to see Idris very soon!
