Job was done, BUT at a premium, and communication was lacking. I got 2 flat tires and had my car towed to this shop (at the recommendation of AAA). Originally told it might be out as soon as 1 day. I gave my car a look 1 day in and it had not been touched yet. Was told 3 different prices for the required service after they knew more (after declining 4 new tires). Ended up costing $100 over another tire shop (in hindsight bringing a flat tire to a mechanic was a mistake). Was never provided with a break down of the price or a receipt. When asked, the extra cost over materials and labor was just "normal shop items" with no elaboration. All information had to be asked directly, they were not forthcoming with information. But... the service did get done, and I did get my car back within 3 business days. Would avoid.
